Dull Sex Life - 6 Food That Might Help

How good you perform in bed depends not only in your moves but, strangely and incredibly on what you eat. A good sexual life is desired by all and if that is linked with food, it only makes the prospect attainable and easy. Some of the foods which help you spice up your sex life are-

1. Strawberries
The reputation of strawberries as an aphrodisiac is well known as well as well-established. According to research, strawberry considerably improves sexual functioning in men and women. At
the same time, it is rich in antioxidants and increases sperm count in men.

2. Avocados
It is a common knowledge that anything that helps the functioning of heart and enhances blood circulation works as a great boost for the sex life. It is precisely this that makes Avocadoes a great option to improve your sex life. Being rich in vitamin E, they work wonders for the heart, thereby reducing the risk of an erectile dysfunction that most men suffering from heart diseases tend to develop.

3. Almonds
It is common knowledge that almonds are good not only for your health but also for spicing up your sex life. Being rich in selenium, almonds help in treating problems related to infertility. At the same time, they boost libido in men and increase the production of sex hormones in men.

4. Sweet potatoes
Unknown to many, sweet potatoes are a great aphrodisiac. Packed with potassium, they help in preventing high blood pressure, thereby reducing chances of erectile dysfunction.

5. Sesame seeds
Sesame seeds, a common ingredient in many of your food items, are packed with zinc. It is this that makes them an excellent source for boosting libido.

6. Watermelon
This may top your list as a favorite fruit as it provides considerable relief in summer but what you may know is that along with low calories, it is high in phytonutrients, thereby helping in improving your sex life. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Sexologist.

Lasting Longer During Sex - A Step By Step Approach For Stopping Premature Ejaculation

Lasting Longer During Sex - A Step By Step Approach For Stopping Premature Ejaculation

Lasting Longer During Sex - A Step By Step Approach For Stopping Premature Ejaculation

Here's a step by step approach for lasting longer during sex so you can stop premature ejaculation. These steps rely on the simplest methods to start and graduate on to the surefire method which will ensure that quick ejaculation won't occur.

Foreplay. First thing you want to do is extend foreplay as long as possible. Women take longer to orgasm, so you need to "warm them up" during foreplay as long as possible. This way, during sex, you will both be closer to experiencing orgasm at the same time. Plus being able to stop premature ejaculation will be much easier, and employing the next steps will be much easier.

Pull out. If you feel quick ejaculation coming on during sex, pull out and relax by taking deep breathes. You still want to please your partner through other means, while your body settles down and you get your "second wind" where you can continue having sex. Lasting longer during sex will be easier to do during your "second wind" if you pull out, relax your body, and then pick up where you left off.

Take your mind off of sex. Lasting longer during sex is much easier to do when your mind is not focused on the act itself. You can practice deep breathing during sex, while focusing on your breath by bringing air in slowly and then gently releasing the air. Don't try to think of football or some other sports as other guys may recommend. You may lose your excitement, and your erection, altogether.

Kegel flex during sex. Doing kegels during sex is your last secret weapon to stop premature ejaculation. After you've extended foreplay, pulled out, and have taken deep breathes during intimacy, you now want to implement kegel flexes. This actually takes some training before hand to ensure the muscles you are flexing are strong enough. These are the same muscles you use while stopping urination. While they are strong enough to cease urinary flow, they usually are not strong enough to stop ejaculation flow. You will want to spend a few weeks flexing these muscles on their own to build up their strength. Then, while having sex, when you feel ejaculation coming on, do your kegel flexing to prevent ejaculation flow. Once prevented you are able to continue having sex longer, and if you find the urge for ejaculation to occur again, simply do another flex.

Breast Lump Detection - How Can It Be Done?

Breast Lump Detection - How Can It Be Done?

A breast lump is a restricted swelling, projection, lump, or knot in the breast that doesn't feel like a breast tissue. There are diverse reasons why breast lumps occur.

Not all lumps are cancer. These can also be breast conditions that are not harmful and which can be easily curable.Knots that feel harder or are not the same as the rest of the breast need to be checked. This kind of irregularity might be an indication of breast cancer.

A self-examination should be your starting point. This is how you can detect a lump on your own:

Step 1: Begin by taking a look at your breast in the mirror. Keep your shoulders straight and your arms on your hips.

This is what you need to search for:

  1. Breasts that are their typical size, shape, and shading
  2. Breasts that are uniformly formed without distortion or swelling

In the event that you see any of the changes mentioned below, convey them to your doctor:

  1. Dimpling, puckering, or protruding of the skin
  2. A nipple that is not in its initial position
  3. Redness, rash or swelling

Step 2: Now, raise your arms and look for the changes mentioned above.

Step 3: While you're in front of the mirror, search for any indications of liquid or blood discharge from the nipples.

Step 4: Next, examine your breasts while resting.Use Your right hand to feel your left breast and use your left hand to feel your right breast. Cover the whole breast from your collarbone to the highest point of your mid-region, and from your armpit to your cleavage to search for any lumps.

Step 5:Examine your breasts while either standing or sitting. Many women find that the easiest approach to examine their breasts is when their skin is wet, so this step could be done while taking a bath as well.

Diagnosis:

  • Mammogram: Mammography is a technique using X-rays to diagnose and locate tumours of the breasts.
  • Breast ultrasound: Breast ultrasound utilises sound waves to create pictures of the breasts from the inside.
  • Breast MRI:This involves using an effective and attractive field, and radio frequency pulses to create photos of the insides of the breasts.
  • Ultrasound-guided biopsy: During this sort of biopsy, utilising ultrasound imaging to discover the bump, a radiologist will give you anesthesia and afterward insert a needle into the lump to evacuate some tissue for assessment under a magnifying lens. Stereotactic biopsy and an X-ray-guided biopsy may also be used.

Possible treatments:

  1. In case the knot turns out to be cancerous, surgery is typically performed.
  2. You may have a few discussions with different doctors for additional treatment, including radiation treatment and chemotherapy or hormone treatment.

In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!
