What is Acne ?

Both males and females suffer from acne.

Acne means a condition when you have blackheads, white heads ( small white bumps on skin giving uneven look ), pimples that may eventually lead to pus filled painful large pimples that leave marks and scars on face.

Why does Acne occur?

It can occur due to improper diet, hormonal fluctuations, using inappropriate cosmetic products and sticky creams, humidity, sweating and dead skin collection causing blocked pores or due to some medicines.

How can i get a permanent solution for acne and get a clean glowing face ?

Interesting question but everyone looses around 100 hair per day. Here is a list of superfoods which help to reduce hair fall and make your hair healthy :) 1- Grains and pulses – oats and lentils. 2- Vegetables- spinach, carrots, sweet potatoes. 3- Fruits- strawberries and foods containing Vitamin C like - oranges, papaya and lime. 4- Animal foods and dairy products- eggs, yogurt, chicken. I was diagnosed for Anxiety disorder in 2007 and with cipralex till 2012. From 2013, I am not taking any medicine for anything. Now 2 months back I faced sleep problem and anxiety disorder. Now again I am prescribed for cipralex 5 mg & lorazepam 0.5 mg from 2 months. Now I want to get rid of lorazepam earliest possible. Please advice me how to taper and detoxification if any.

Taper is every 3 days to half the dose. And stop taking it within 15 days. Simultaneously, start doing rigorous physical exercise on a daily basis. Your muscles will ache. And they should ache. More the pain, better it is for you.
