Gallstones can be completely removed with homoeopathic medicines. No side effects in homoeopathic medicines. 100% rapid and permanent results. Medicines like lycopodium, cholestrinum, cardus marianus etc can dissolve the stones very easily. Medicines should be taken in proper dosage as per instructions of qualified homoeopath after detailing your complaints to him. Hello doctor.I m worried about a small lump I developed at the opening of my anus which was result of me passing a dry and hard stool with pain.Pls advice how it can b treated. The pain has got lighter in the last one day.I applied an ointment. Thanks

Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS), MS - Urology, MBBS
Urologist, Ahmedabad
Dear , This is very likely to be perianal haematoma which occurs sometimes after passage of hard faeces. If pain has decreased then it would probably subside. It is better if you take Sitz bath once or twice a day: sitting in a tub full of lukewarm water with a few drops of dettol in it. This will help to subside it quickly. However if pain increase and takes throbbing character then a course of antibiotics should be taken. If pain or throbbing becomes severe enough to disturb your sleep at night then contact a proctologist or a general surgeon. Dr. Kiran Mehta.
