Being a vegan can solely not be the cause of your hairfall if you are taking a well balanced diet. There are many options in vegetarian food which are rich in proteins.Add fruits and green veggies to your diet .Amla is also good to prevent hairfall.Start taking biotin supplement and zinc .

PORES TREATMENT 1.Wash your face before you go to bed each night. Going to bed wearing still wearing makeup, as well as any dirt and debris that may have collected on your face during the day, is a sure way to clog your pores. If your pores routinely look large, this could be part of the problem. Get into the habit of cleansing your face each and every night so your pores will be less likely to get clogged. Use warm water, rather than hot or cold, so your skin will be less likely to get irritated. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 2. Use a cleanser that doesn't irritate your skin. Many cleansers contain harsh ingredients that cause dry, irritated skin. When your pores are irritated, they look wider and more "open." In order to keep them closed, it's best to use a gentle cleanser that washes away dirt without causing your skin to dry out.( PREFERABLY USE CLEANSING MILK ( BAKSON) Choose a cleanser that's sulfate free. Sulfates are harsh cleansers that can strip the skin of its natural oils and leave it dry and itchy. Avoid using a cleanser with scrubbing beads on a daily basis. The beads could be irritating to your skin, and should only be used sparingly. 3. Try the oil cleansing method. It's becoming increasingly popular to replace soap with oil as a facial cleanser. It might sound counterintuitive to use oil to wash your face, but it's actually quite effective. The oil binds with your skin's natural oils and gently washes away dirt, sweat, and makeup without the need for harsh chemicals. Just smooth it over your skin and use a wet washcloth to wipe it off using a circular motion. Here are a few oil combinations to try out: For combination skin: Mix 1/2 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons olive oil. For dry skin: Mix 1/4 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons coconut or olive oil. 4. Splash your face with water in the morning. After getting a good night's sleep, it feels refreshing to splash your face with water. Since you don't wake up wearing makeup, there's no need to wash your face using a cleanser; in fact, it's better for your skin to give it a break and just use water. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 5. Exfoliate every few days. Dead skin builds up on the surface of your skin, mixes with sweat and dirt, and ends up clogging pores. Exfoliating your skin regularly will prevent your pores from getting clogged so quickly. The result will be closed, small-looking pores as opposed to clogged pores that look big and open. One of the best ways to exfoliate is by simply using a washcloth. Wet your face and scrub it gently using circular motions. ( Preferably USE APRICOT SCRUB ( BAKSON) Facial scrubs are also good. Try a mixture of ground almonds and honey. 6. UNCLOGGING PORES (A) Do a steam treatment. This is a great way to open your pores so you can get rid of the small plugs of dead skin and dirt that are making them appear large and open. Heat a small pot of water until it begins to steam, then hold your face over it and drape a towel over your head. Let the steam bathe your face for three to five minutes, then rinse your face with cool water. Steaming your face opens up your pores, allowing them to become unclogged. Rinsing afterward gets rid of the debris, leaving your pores fresh and clean. Use cool water to close your pores. (B) Use a MUD PACK. MUD is a natural element that draws impurities out of the skin as it dries. When you do a MUD mask, dry mud is mixed with water to form a paste, which you smooth over your face. Let it dry completely, then rinse it away with cool water. • Many Mud packs are avaliable in stores but I will prefer MUD PACK ( BAKSON) 7.TONING AND MOISTURISING (A) Always rinse and tone when you're finished cleansing. Whether you steam or use a mask, always remember to rinse away the dirt when you're finished. Follow up by using a toner on your face. Toner helps restore your skin's pH balance after cleansing, giving it a youthful, glowing appearance and helping to close pores. (B) Avoid toners with chemicals that could inflame your skin. Beauty supply stores carry many different toners. Look for one that works with your skin type, but avoid toners with excess chemicals, perfumes, and dyes that could irritate or dry out your skin. These toners will do more harm than good, and your pores will end up looking larger instead of smaller. Avoid toners that contain alcohol, which can dry out the skin. Avoid toners that contain glycerin and fragrances, since these can cause allergic reactions. (C) Try apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is made from fermented apples, and is a gentle, natural toner for any type of skin. Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of water, then use a cotton ball to apply it to your skin after rinsing. Let your skin dry, then moisturize it. (D) Try a honey mask to tone your skin. Plain, raw honey is an excellent toner for skin. Simply spread some on your face and let it sit for about ten minutes, then rinse it away with warm water. Your pores will tighten up and your face will feel fresh and youthful. (E) Finish your routine by moisturizing. Using a good face moisturizer( ALOVERA CREAM ( BAKSON) is key to keeping your pores closed, since dry skin can become irritated and lead to large-looking pores. Chose an alcohol-free moisturizer that doesn't contain perfumes and excess chemicals so you make sure you don't irritate your skin.

Eucalyptus oil is also an essential oil that can help to stimulate the growth of facial hair. But because it can cause irritation of the skin, it must be mixed with any carrier oil; olive oil or sesame oil is a good option.. • Into half a cup of the carrier oil, add between 15 to 30 drops of eucalyptus oil • Mix and massage this oil onto the facial skin. • Allow it to remain for about 30 minutes and then rinse with cold water and a gentle soap if you find the oily feeling irritating. Pay attention to these natural factors also when you are working on growth of your Mostache/Beard naturally. 1.Eat health so as to give your body enough vitamins and minerals esp.Spinach,Yogurt,Tomatoes,Carrot,Beans. 2. . It is also important to keep your face clean by using a mild moisturizing face wash; however, avoid frequent washing with strong soaps that tend to dehydrate the skin 3. If you smoke, understand that nicotine does not exactly promote facial hair growth – so, here’s another reason to quit the habit 4. stress is likely to prevent growth of facial hair; so keep stress at bay by a regular practice of yoga or meditation. HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINE LYCOPODIUM 30 Dr.Reckeweg) Drink 5 drops in 1 spoon fresh water at night every week ACID PHOSPHORICUM Q ( Dr.Reckeweg) Drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily

Spinach and lettuce juice to stop hair fall Here is the best way to stop hair loss. The goodness of Spinach and Lettuce are well-known to all. These green veggies are rich in vitamins and minerals. They are also high in Iron and Biotin content, both of which are vital for the health of hairs and hair growth.  To get the goodness of Spinach and Lettuce you can include these vegetables directly into your daily diet. Reduce hair fall with Egg white Did you ever wonder how to reduce hair fall with eggs? Egg white is rich in protein and vitamins. It can nourish the hairs in the best way, promoting smooth & shiny hair. If you want long and strong hair, you must follow this tip. Just break some eggs, remember not to use the yolk. Collect only the egg white and apply it as a mask to the scalp and hairs. This treatment is very effective to control hair fall in case the hair fall is triggered due to lack of nourishment and dryness of the hairs. Wash it off with a cleanser after 30 minutes to 1 hour. It will make the hairs stronger and healthier. Repeat this treatment at least once in a week to reduce hair fall and boost hair growth. Apple cider vinegar to reduce hair fall Apple cider vinegar can be effective to control hair fall and it gives soft and manageable hairs. Mix one part of apple cider vinegar in one part of water. Take this mixture in a spray bottle and spray onto your scalp and hairs. Massage gently and leave on for 5 minutes before washing off with a mild cleanser. If you do not like the smell of ACV, just mix a little amount of your regular oil to the vinegar and use it. For better results make use of this treatment at least twice a week. Juice of potato for controlling hair fall Lack of vitamins and minerals can cause dry and brittle hairs which can trigger hair fall. Potato can be a good remedy to control hair fall in this case. Potato is rich in Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, manganese, phosphorus, copper and niacin which can be helpful for boosting hair growth. Crush some cleaned potato and squeeze out the juice. Now apply this fresh juice directly onto your scalp and hairs. Leave on for 30 minutes to an hour but do not let the pack get dry. Wash off with plenty of water. Grape seed oil controls hair loss Grape seed oil is an effective natural hair conditioner and moisturizer. It can address hair issues like hair loss, dandruff and weakened hair. You can use grapeseed oil as a regular hair care product to get healthy hairs. Grape seed oil contains anti-oxidants that might be effective to control DHT production at the hair roots, which happens to be one of the main reasons of hair fall. Simply massage your scalp and hairs regularly at night with this oil, let it seep in overnight and wash off with a cleanser in the morning. Safflower oil for hair fall For preventing hair loss and baldness safflower oil can be used. This oil is rich in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids which are vital for healthy hairs. You can find two varieties of safflower oils in the market, both of which can be used for hair care. Safflower oil is helpful for permed, colored and dry hair. Use safflower oil for massaging the scalp. Leave it on overnight and rinse in the next morning. Use it every alternate day to get healthy hair.

Please tell me example of the food which I should take to reduce hairfall nd also tell some tips that may reduce. Tip...
Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent which is called 'Hairloss' rather and leads to bald areas of smooth and shiny surface. In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up which subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairrloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger any other underlying diseases, etc. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200/ twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!). Home Remedies: 1. Mix one tablespoon each of Indian gooseberry or amla pulp and lemon juice. Massage your scalp with the mixture thoroughly. Cover your hair with a shower cap. Leave it on overnight and shampoo your hair in the morning. 2. Soak one cup of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. In the morning, grind them to make a paste. Apply the paste to your hair and cover with a shower cap. After about 40 minutes, rinse your hair. Follow this remedy every morning for a month. 3. Apply aloe vera gel or juice onto the scalp. Leave it on for a few hours and then wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat the process three to four times a week.

Hello Doctors My mom hair fall everyday and going to white what she do for this problem.

MBBS, MD - Dermatology , Venereology & Leprosy
Dermatologist, Mohali
Hello Doctors
My mom hair fall everyday and going to white what she do for this problem.
Some hairs will turn white as one ages due to various factors. Keep a healthy diet so as to minimize the damage. Hair care tips 1.Some forms of hair loss can be prevented by minimizing stress, eating a healthy diet and using sensible hairdressing techniques, and, if possible, switching to medications that do not cause hair loss 2.When you wash your hair, rinse it well and gently pat the hair dry with a towel. Keep your scalp clean. 3.Use a wide tooth comb. 4.Limit the use of blow dryers, rollers (curlers) , curling or straightening irons to prevent breaking the hair shafts. 5.After washing your hair with a shampoo and conditioner, just before you step out of the shower, rinse your hair with cold water for a couple of seconds. This will ensure that your hair cuticles are sealed and the moisture stays put in your hair. 6.If you’ve always wondered how to grow hair faster naturally, the first thing you need to do is trim your hair regularly. This will help keep away split ends that can make your hair look unhealthy and lifeless. Moreover, you should know that the more split ends, the bigger the chances of your hair breaking and falling More elaborate guidance can be given on further discussions. I would be happy to help you and assist in getting over your problem. Please consult me privately so that a proper solution and treatment plan can be made for your problem. You can book a private in person/text/audio/video appointment for further treatment as per your convenience. All the best.

Coconut milk is among the richest sources of tissue-nourishing, plant derivatives. It is an excellent home remedy for keeping the hair soft without depending upon chemical formulations and regenerating dead hair follicles. You can also use a concoction of coconut oil mixed with half the amount of Amla oil. Just add a dash of lemon juice to this mixture and you have an effective, dandruff-fighting and scalp-healing concoction that arrests receding hairline.

The best vitamins for hair & nails are biotin, iron and zinc, include these in your diet. To treat hair fall in men or women, you need to know the cause. Hence a consultation with a trained dermatologist is vital so that he or she can investigate the reason for the hair fall.

All About Hives

If stressed, consuming certain food and medications can trigger skin rashes. This kind of rash is called hives. It is also known as urticaria. Anyone can be affected by hives, at least 20% of people are affected by hives at some time or the other in their lives. The itching could be severe or mild. It starts as a patch of scaly white skin that develops into red welts over time. To make sure the itching does not worsen, scratching, emotional stress, alcoholic drinks and exercise should be avoided.

Symptoms:

  1. Itchy bumps that are raised and are either red or flesh coloured
  2. If the hive is pressed in the middle, the skin whitens this symptom is called blanching.
  3. The hive formation can appear anywhere, disappear and then reappear somewhere else.

Common Triggers:

  1. Certain food like shellfish, eggs, peanuts and other nuts
  2. Certain medicines like antibiotics, ibuprofen and aspirin
  3. Insect bites or stings
  4. Physical causes like pressure, sun exposure, cold, exercise and heat
  5. Latex
  6. Blood transfusions
  7. Bacterial infections
  8. Pet allergens
  9. Viral infections like the common cold, hepatitis and infectious mononucleosis
  10. Certain plants like poison ivy and poison oak
  11. Pollen

Treatment:
There is no distinct cure for hives. But you can control its symptoms in the following ways:

  1. Antihistamines help in blocking histamines, which cause the allergy symptoms. Non sedating or low sedating Antihistamines will be mostly recommended by your doctor.
  2. If episodes of hives are several, it may require limited treatment with prednisone. Prednisone will be able to lessen the symptoms.
  3. If the symptoms get severe enough so much so that it swells up your tongue and you have problem breathing, then the doctor might prescribe an epinephrine. However, these symptoms can mean another thing, an anaphylaxis shock. Epinephrine is the only treatment for an anaphylaxis shock.

Prevention:
If what caused hives to break out is figured out, then measures should be taken to avoid or eliminate the triggers.

  1. Avoid eating food items that triggered the symptoms in the first place
  2. If harsh soaps, frequent bathing cause hives, they should be avoided
  3. Tight clothing should be avoided
  4. If cold triggers hives, then wear warm clothing, wrap a scarf and do not swim in cold water.
  5. Avoid sun exposure and wear sunblock
  6. If a specific medication is causing the hives, inform your doctor. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dermatologist.
