Dear lybrate-user, at first change your dite habits, take easily digestive food, minimize the bhindi, arvi, sabudana, urad & masoor dal, maida and spicy food. Take following medicines 1 Shiva kshaar pachan churn 1/2 TSF with buttermilk two times after food 2 kumaari aasav 3TSF + 3 Abhayaarist 3TSF both with equal water after 30 min. Of food two times 4 Panchsakaar churn 1TSF at bed time with Luke worm water. You can contact me any time for further help.

Hi take brahmi vati. Smriti sagar ras and praval panchamrit. Make its powder and mix it. Then take these medicines with honey twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Do pranayama early morning for freshness. Avoid oily food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption. Eat green vegetables. Walk for at least 45 minutes a day.

Hi, it seems, you r not punctual to your life style, to get relief from your stress you need to follow the under noted norms. - tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins, regulate metabolism and to moisten your facial muscle. - go for meditation to reduce your stress, anxiety, if any and to nourish cell, tissues to allow your face glowing. - tk, protein rich diet on time. - tk, apples, carrots, cheese, banana, papaya, spinach, almonds, walnuts, pumpkins, regularly. Tk, homoeo medicine s, @ berb aquaq-10 drops, thrice with little water. @ kali brom 30-6 pills, thrice a day. Avoid, caffeine, nicotine, junkfood, alcohol, conteminated water. Pizza, burger, tk, care.

I have acute waist pain during one week for that I cannot sleep properly especially in morning please help me out.
This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

Hello , thyroid usually doesn't cause weight gain more than 6-7 kg, so if weight gain more than that, it is not due to thyroid. Send. Me your last thyroid function test reports and medicines you r taking.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hello lybrate-user ,pain in knee had many reason need to know you have any injury to knee if not it started on own thn I would suggest start quads and hamstrings strengthing exercises for few days you can take analgesics do consult if require.

Lot many causative factors are there for consistent acne and pimples. Psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, idiopathic urticaria, and acne are known to be exacerbated by psychological stress and are also associated with sleep disorders such as insomnia, obstructive sleep try using berberis aquifolium cream (homeo), maintain strict diet regimen avoid oily, spicy, sour foods bathe with neem soap. Hello, The more natural diet you consume the better it is for your health and it will surely yield positive effects results. You need to have all foods in moderation. Eat every 2 hours to ensure you aren't devoid for energy levels. No tonic or medicine can yield results without side effects.

you may be having viral fever do warm saline gargle regularly. have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection. it will be alright.
