I am a 26 year old male frombangalore. Am having sinus from past four years .Is there any treatment to cure ?

BHMS
Homeopath, Chennai
Sinusitis is an inflammation, or swelling, of the tissue lining the sinuses. Normally, sinuses are filled with air. But when they become blocked and filled with fluid, germs (bacteria, viruses, and fungi) can grow and cause an infection. Conditions that can cause sinus blockage include the common cold, allergic rhinitis (swelling of the lining of the nose), nasal polyps (small growths in that lining), or a deviated septum (a shift in the nasal cavity). Homoeopathic constitutional treatment will give you permanent cure, your detailed case history will be required.

General Physician, Hooghly
You need to inform how severe is your condition. How many times in a week you wake up during your sleep due to breathlessness? according to the severity of your condition, medicines are generally prescribed. In general, you may have to take more than one inhalers, i. E. One inhalers for regular use another as rescue medicine. At the same time, you may need to take anti-allergic medicines to prevent exacerabation. If you are a smoker, you immediately have to stop it. There are some side effects of taking inhalers containing steroid. It may cause oral ulcer if you do not rinse your mouth properly after using inhalers. Sometimes, steroid tablets or injections are required for treating severe asthma which may cause decreased immunity and makes a human prone to infection.

Hello have you seen any physician for this particular problem, if not I would suggest that first you need to get your check up done by a physician and even if the similar problem persists then you can write again. And secondly, you need to find the reason of getting emotional or anxious first and need to specifically mention the reason here, so that we may work on that reason which is causing anxiety. All the best
