Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Hello sir, madam. A day I was doing exercise got a huge pain on spine like some bone HV dislocated or broke. Next day I went to doctor done MRI. Reports came and result was disk slip. From 1and a half year I am suffering from it. Some time I feel much pain on lower body. I am unable to bend down. Right led got shivering. Unable to stand longer. Hi, what I believe from your query, you have low back (lumber) disk slip. The disc often presses on a nerve root which can cause pain and other symptoms in a leg. As you are had this problem from last 1.5 yrs. Due to constant pressure on nerve and associated muscle get weak so you have shivering of right leg also core muscles of back get weak also so you have problem in sitting for long or or bend down. Bending in awkward position or for long time increases the pressure on disc so may increases the pain. You should do 1) conditioning, strengthening and flexibility exercise under experienced physiotherapist. 2) be back aware like avoid twisting movement of back or lifting objects in bad back posture 3) wear belt only when required like while driving 4) avoid staying in one position for long time thanks.

Hello, please send me your all investigation report to rule out whether it is ldp/ loss or increase of lumbar lordosis or anything else. This is may be due to overweight or deficiency of vitamin d3 and calcium or due to poor posture. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. I can explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques, if interested. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – Lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

in your query you have not mentioned your age. you can take food rich in proteins and vitamins. some times it is the result of calcium deficiency. for that you will have to take calcium and vitamin D. if this doesnot help then your blood sugar estimation is required.

Breast pain is a common problem if it occurs before periods, because it happens due to hormonal changes, however if the pain stays all through the month or if you can feel some lump/swelling then you may need to do ultrasound examination of breasts. Wearing a well fitting bra may help. If you are taking any medicine/ pills or nutritional supplement on regular basis then it may be due to side effect of that. Otherwise you need to do blood tests Hb, TC, DC, Sugar PP, TSH and Vitamin D. Depending on the reports treatment is decided.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

Homeopathic remedies can soothe the pain and soreness of bruises that come from injury, reduce swelling and fluid leakage into surrounding tissues, and generally encourage healing. Some of the commonly indicated remedies are:
 

 Arnica montana: traumatic injuries including bruises caused by impact with blunt objects (from simple contusions to concussions) and bruise-like soreness after muscular exertion (such as physically-taxing work, athletics, or childbirth).

 Calendula: useful for open wounds, ulcers; promotes healthy granulation and rapid healing. Is often used as local application for open wounds.

 Staphhysagria: lacerated or incised injury.

 Ledum palustre: this remedy is indicated contused, ecchymosed wounds when cold applications such as ice-packs or cold soaks bring some relief. Extravasation of blood in the lids (black eye), conjunctiva. Long discoloration after injuries.

 Hypericum: used for bruising or crushing injuries to body areas containing many nerves - smashed fingertips and toes, injuries to the spine or genitals, bruising or displacement of the tailbone (from falls or during childbirth), and injuries to the eyeball.

 Bellis perennis: for injuries and bruises, especially those caused by trauma to the trunk or in deeper tissues - for example, internal soreness after an accident or surgery.

 Calcarea phosphorica: indicated in bone-bruises, as well as other kinds of pain and soreness in the bones, also used when fractures are slow to heal.

Hello lybrate user, - try to look at the cause why you are getting that pain - initially you have to change the lifestyle like sitting straight while working travelling, avoiding sudden jerks or humps during two wheeler driving - adopt some exercises which relaxes your back muscles and bones - it's difficult to say whether it's muscles relaxed or bone related just by symptom of pain both of that may go chronic - better to go for application of mahanarayana taila with sahacharadi taila and hot fomentation for 15 min or go for kati basti it's an ayurveda panchakarma treatment, with this you will relieve better thank you.

If you are having a problem of joint pain, knee pain, back pain, and you are overweight then, this is a double trouble for you because you cannot exercise and without exercise when you are eating you’ll gain weight.
One of the most important reasons for this joint pain and the back pain is acidic environment in the body and what is this acidic environment – when you eat more of the acidic food.

If you divide food into two categories –

there are foods which are alkaline in nature and there are foods which are acidic in nature. Grains, sugar, processed food, non-veg, even a processed beverages, alcoholic nonalcoholic even those packed juices they are acidic in nature.
