I'm suffering from irregular menses please help me out I'm using homeopathy medicines but no use of it.

DGO, MBBS, Advanced Infertility

I'm suffering from irregular menses please help me out I'm using homeopathy medicines but no use of it.
Irregular periods are mostly due to hormone imbalance. Those who have this problem also sometimes have other symptoms such as weight gain, abnormal facial and body hair, pigmentation, hair fall, pms, painful periods and family history of diabetes. Although there are some exceptions always. The condition once diagnosed is called pcod\pcos. I suggest you go through a comprehensive gynae checkup ; sonography and blood investigations as recommended by your doctor. Life style modification in the direction of health living is the first step towards curing the problem.

Can you explain me when is safe period? N when it is highly risk to get pregnant?

Can you explain me when is safe period? N when it is highly risk to get pregnant?
Hello- If you are planning to have sex for the first time it is best you use a condom as the prefered method of contraception. That being said the eight to twenty first day of your menstrual cycle, counting from first day, is considered as the fertile period or the UNSAFE period. Days other than this are considered SAFE, that is, the 1st-7th day of the cycle and then again from the 22nd to the 28th day. But this may not exactly be correct for all women. It depends on the length of your menstrual cycle (it should be exactly a 28 day cycle or little less) and if you have a regular periods cycle. If the cycle is longer than 28 days that, this time frame isn’t reliable.

We have been trying to have a baby since last 8 months. My wife is 29. Everytime my wife periods gets delayed but with no results. Recently she was diagnosed with endometeriosis and got a laprascopic done. Even though the procedure started after she started bleeding, to our surprise, we came to know she was pregnant but miscarrying. Doctor said endometerisis is not the cause of miscarriage. We have been asked to start trying for a baby after 3 months. I would like to know what could be the causes for her miscarriage ? Could it be endometeriosis ?

Shaving your genitals may cause irritation and infections of the skin. Keep on applying moisturisers till you get relief of pain. And don, t shave next time.

What are the symptoms of pregnancy. What are ways of avoiding the pregnancy. How can it be abortion.
Hello, pregnancy can be avoided by oral contraceptive pills, barrier contraceptioves or an intrauterine contraceptive device. The indications can be decided by the doctor. Pregnancy symptoms are vague and similar to pms, hence a urone pregnancy test after 8 days post missed periods should be confirmatory.

First of all, pls get rid of all these misconceptions which r in your mind growing. 1. Mri report is not bad at all, do back muscles strengthening exercises. Stop using lumbosacral belt continuously. Stop sitting for longer duration and lifting heavy weights. 2. For vit d deficiency, take vit d3 supplements. You will be alright.

If this is your first pregnancy, you need not worry. You will feel movements at around 6 months because you are not experienced to. And off course, get your sonography done.

You are suffering from dysmenorrhoea, which is very common. It should be treated initially with meftal spas (pain killer) tablets. If the pain is too severe it should be further investigated with ultrasound, to find out the exact cause. You could be suffering from endometriosis or ovarian cysr or fibroid.

Hi doctor I am 9month pregnant women. My doubts is my baby having 2. 4kgs weight right now. Iis there any problem do...
This weight of baby is little less as per indian standards. But a usg is never 100% exact in determining the weight of baby. Still as per indian standards, weight between 2.5-3.5 kgs is considered normal and healthy. Another thing is baby moments might decrease under certain circumstances such as less intake of liquids by mother. Try drinking lots of coconut water a well as ors- l at least once a day. When you feel less moments, just breathe deeply for ten -15 min and drink water/juice/milk with sugar and wait for some time. Still if you are not satisfied, a personal check up should be done by your obstetrician to ellicit fetal well being and growth. Good luck.

I had a problem of scratching near vaginal area and inside also. Suggest me something to overcome.

Diploma in Acupuncture, BHMS
Homeopath, Delhi
Allowing the vaginal area to remain moist due to sweat and water is one reason for cultivation of bacteria, yeast, fungus allowing it to create infections and causing itch, redness, pain etc. Or there may some kind of allergy to certain products. To avoid such kind of problems you can use_ vaginal wash twice a day. Keep the genital area dry and clean or can use anti bacterial talc for genitals. Maintaining hygiene is an important factors to avoid such sufferings. Use cotton linen. ***salt bath: salt can effectively remove itching and bacteria due to its antibacterial properties. Wash your vagina with concentrated salt water whenever you feel the itch. This will give you great relief instantly and prevent further multiplication of bacteria. Wishing heath and wellness.
