Hello, use a hard mattress to sleep and commode in the toilet. Do hot fomentation and apply a pain killer gel. Take a pain killer tab for 5-7 days. You will settle. Once the pain settles. Go and learn exercises from a physio. And do them regularly. Take care.

hello Lybrate user ,  Back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms.The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced Stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid Cruntches or Sit-ups : they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to Slip Disc. Always maintain a healthy Lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking , meditation , eating healthy. P.S : Try to avoid pain killers ( Analgesics ) as much as possible as many are associated with Side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay Healthy. Stay Happy God bless you

Avoid whatever bad habits as your thinking and do consult neuro physio and take ift and laser therapy for 12 days followed by strengthening exercise.

Long sitting is your problem so take break between work and do walk and stretch your back muscle. Tk soft pillow for back support. Heat fermentation twice a day and muscle relaxant medicine and do spine stretching exercise in daily routine.

you can do hot fomentation with if it is bursitis or tendonitis,,, if such is not the case then apply mahanarayana tailam and do massage and then do hot fomentation with water

Hi Is there a remedy for pain in shoulder and knees? my wife aged 55. She took treatment from ortho for painful shoulder. No cure. Now she has pain in one knee. Sometimes the pain radiates upto thigh joint. She uses electric heat/vibrator to reduce the pain whenever she feels more pain. Please suggest natural treatment

Acupressure and acupuncture are powerful therapies which gives relief from especially joint pains, back pains and lot of other ailments. I am suggesting you a method by which you can get instant relief and continue to do it. However you consult me privately to get permanent solution. Neck massage will give good results. Use little good oil or plain water and massage from either side on the mid shoulder blade. Use your thumbs and move it slowly upwards on the back of neck up to the lower level of ear. Repeat 5 to 10 times. Do not do from top to down. Finally move your neck up and down, sideways left and right. Results are excellent.

Yes at present time avoid gym tk rest muscle relaxant medicine and heat fermentation twice a day if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for few days best option for you.
