The most common form of morning stiffness and pain is due to muscle imbalances and poor conditioning of the muscles themselves. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and learn how to safely, easily, stretch and strengthen the weak and tight areas of your lower back and hips which cause pain while sleeping. Hi. Laser therapy would be helpful in reducing pain, inflammation and healing. For laser therapy you need to visit your nearby physiotherapy clinic. Do contrast bath I .e.Hot and cold Fomentation alternately with repetitions of 4 to 5 times. Start and end with hot water. Use comfortable or sports shoes.

Before 3 years I straight in bike accident in that accident my left femur and left pettallar broken .Now I have minute muscle pain near hip .For that I use zerodol tablet for reducing pain. But the pain is not reducing ,the plate is inside the bone suggest any tablet to reduce pain.

You can take homoeopathic medicine rhustox 200-5 pills three times daily for 1 week and arnica 200-5 pills three times daily for 1 week. Keep a time gap of 10-15 minutes between two medicines. Revert back after 1 week with feedback.

Back Pain Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x twice daily. Bhujang Asana x twice daily. Back Stretching.

You need to keep your mouth always clean by brushing twice daily. Rinse your mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash. You may have pyria. Consult a dentist for professiinal cleaning and scaling to remove plaque and tarter. You can opt for dental implant or partial denture. Take care about hygine of your mouth.

Hello, low back pain is due to bad posture. Firstly you correct posture by tall sitting avoid forward bending, donot sit on floor by palthi, take hot fermentation for 15 minutes on back, every two hours in a office walk 15-20 steps.
