Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Regarding Testicle Problem : Sir, My right testicle was down from the normal position than the exact position and the left position was normal (I heard it has hernia). I Never think of that and from PAST 7 YEARS (FROM MID 2009) I AM BEARING THIS PROBLEM. But recently by reading some posts in Lybrate I came to know testosterone will stimulates body actions like memory and plays vital role in all key mechanism of the body. So, sir if this is true am I facing lack of testosterone level for my memory issues and thinking disability. What I just thought was possible liquid was coming out at some intervals. I have straight forward views with ethical values regarding sex only after marriage. But now I am deeply concerned about this issue, I am an introvert and didn't discuss with anyone. I am stating few points please clarify me : 1) Will the right testicle will be to the normal position and cured 2) Is the incongruous levels of testosterone are the cause of mental disability and loss of memory power. 3) Will it cause any problem in future. 4) how to express and consult with others. 5) What is the medication for this. Will disturb my normal life. Finally Please clarify what about the problem of getting children after marriage. Will it effect that and also the count to be produced for reproduction. 1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soyabean, sprouts, pulses and grains 6.Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flaxseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc. For pimples - Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. You can go for full cream milk, buffalo's milk will be suitable if you want to increase weight. But it will be better if you have milk in the form of fruit shakes as in banana milk shake or, mango, chiku or custard apple milk shake. This will help you to put on weight.

Sir, I am 23 year old and facing the problem of skin itching in different parts of the body. It all started after using hair remover and so few months back I consulted a doctor and he prescribed the following medicine - zyncet 10 mg, kenacort 4 mg and zocon 200 mg. I continued the medicine for more than two months and it suited me well. Later, because of the side effects of the medicine such as burning pain in stomach, sweating, tiredness and sleepiness, I stopped taking all the dosages. But after few days the itching has started again and even there are no any external signs like red complexion of the skin, the skin is quite normal with few pimples/acne on the body. Also, itching of the skin increases at night. I request you, if you could advise me at the very least.

A dermatologist can give you right guidance after running certain tests on you like blood test, thyroid test, skin test or through detail biopsy of your skin. Hi, during iui sperms are injected into uterine cavity through natural orifice with a fine syringe. So it is not so much painful. Cost of hsg varies from 5000 to 8000 in different corporate hospitals.

Yes silicea 200 is more powerful than 30. You shouldn't take silicea without consult a homoeopathic physician. Don't take Medicine by yourself, consult a doctor and take proper medicines. And other important thing is your complains for which you are taking silicea. Homoeopathy works on base of individual. Every individual is different from one another so their medicines and power. So it depends on patient to patient weather they should need silicea 30 or 200.

Coconut milk aloe vera neem (indian lilac) amla (indian gooseberry) greek yogurt methi (fenugreek) licorice root beetroot onion juice chinese hibiscus green tea coconut oil massage egg white mask potatoes lemon juice coriander juice I also give few tips to control hair fall. 1. Hot oil treatments: take any natural oil - olive, coconut, canola - and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage it gently into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair. 2. Natural juices: you can rub your scalp with either garlic juice, onion juice or ginger juice. Leave it on overnight and wash it thoroughly in the morning. 3. Get a head massage: massaging your scalp for a few minutes daily will help stimulate circulation. Good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Circulation may be improved through massage by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base. 4. Antioxidants: apply warm green tea (two bags brewed in one cup of water) on your scalp and leave this mixture on for an hour and then rinse. Green tea contains antioxidants which prevent hair loss and boost hair growth. 5. Practice meditation: believe it or not, most of the times, the root cause for hair loss is stress and tension. Hi i'm a 28-year old male who was active and athletic. After a short hiking/trekking trip, i'm facing swelling and severe pain in my ankle joint (on the outside) and lower extremity of achilles tendon of the left leg. It is the 3rd recurrence of this problem. I have been riding motorcycles for long distances. 100 kms a day for last 3-4 years. It hurts when I shift gears. Also my training had a lot of lateral jumps, jumps and other explosive exercises. Please suggest exercises to overcome this recurring problem.

It appears that you probably have chronic ligament injury, possibly lat collateral ligament of ankle. U need to see a proper orthopaedic Dr. and not just a diploma holder like D ortho chap. To examine you clinically than decide whether or not you need MRI of ankle.
