Hi lybrate user. Body builders and gymnasiums need more amount of energy as well as diet rich in proteins (banana, potato, eggs, soybeans, meats, milk, ghee, butter). 7-8 hours sleep is essential. Thanks.

1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. [use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

1- Rhus tox -- 30, 2- Eupat. Perf ,30 ,3- Sangu. Can -30, you can take these homoeo medicine alternative in little water six time daily (2-2 dose each,). For one months. Take rest& no other tab.

Please note that too much of standing and sitting at a stretch will cause such problems. Also she needs massage and hot compresses on the affected area. Also take mag phos 6x - twice daily 4 tablets for next 7 days and get back to me for further treatment.

Probably she must b suffering from osteoarthritis in her knee. So for that physiotherapy is recommended and plus exercises. As you r saying pain in other joints it can b due to lack of vitamin d or rheumatoid arthritis. So to b 100% sure get her blood check-up for both i. E vit-d and rh factor. Thank you.

If you r going to gym you have to carefully about it. Bcz if the sound is for ligament or capsular laxity then heavy weight lifting is harmful. You must go to a physical therapist who can assess detail the movement causes sound and what is the cause for it and according to that particular exercises. Are advised.

Yes this habit is not good for physical and mental health This cycle can not be change in one day you need to work on this problem Do regular physical activity in daytime so that you will get tired in night Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Do not see exited Movies or don't read any novel/ book in night Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) Consult me if symptom persist

Drink plenty of water. Sleep for 8 hours. Eat plenty of fresh fruit everyday. Start with supplement:- Omega 3, vitamin D 3, WELLSCIENCE ENANHANCE X WITH MILK EVERYDAY. ALSO TAKE ONE CAPSULE OF MULTIVITAMIN. YOU WILL IMPROVE.

Dear lybrate-user, this simply requires discipline. Make a point to sleep about 10 or 15 minutes less and even if you do not feel like waking, simply get out of bed mechanically, so you would automatically feel better with few minutes of getting out of bed. Hope this helps,

Hi, please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used.

I was having fasting whole day no any pain I was removed the fasting the legs are paining. Why?
When there is no proper nutrition supply to muscle due to skipping of regular meals or fasting there is a chance for leg pain at night. Because of lack of nutrition during a normal or more workload to muscles, the muscles will not cope with the demand. So there will be deposition of waste products, lactic acid in muscle. This is will create cramp and pain when you go for sleep.

Hi. take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.
