Physiotherapy can help you in here. You need take pain relief modality. Once your pain subsides little you can start with exercises. And gradually progress to strengthening of your muscles.

Go for check your uric acid in your blood. Daily warm water foot bath at night before sleep. Practise bayabya mudra from qualified and experinced teacher. If not availble contactor practice for 4 weeks then contact.

I used to face knee pain and whenever I do physical activities like running or any other exercise like jumping etc I experience pain in my knee. Done my x ray and also MRI. MRI report says there is a stress fracture and subarticular edema is seen along medial tibial plateau. I would like to know what it is exactly and how I can get rid of pain and return to my normal activities and running. Kindly suggest me in detail. Thanks in advance.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

First of all we have to understand what are different types of joints.
LIGAMENTS: are the Fibrous tissues connecting 1 BONE to another BONE.
TENDON: are the tissues run parallel with bones & directly attached with it.
CARTILAGE: are the semi solid BONES like our external ears, nose, between 2 joints etc.

If any of them strains, stretches or breaks then their is inflammation around injured area, so Omega 3 essential fatty requirement of the body increases to repair it. Also Omega 3s are anti inflammatory.

Body requires more protein for the repair of cells. All the zinc in the body gets concentrated to repair the cells so their is deficiency of zinc in the body.
