Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. For bone infection it is necessary to get it properly examined by a surgeon. Then if need be all the debrs need to be cleaned up and regular dressing has to be done. Plus there would be a need for appropriate antibiotic. Online only advice on antibiotic can be given. That too if you come in a private conversation giving all the details. Also let me know if you have diabetes. Thanks.

Remember the 30-30 Rule - Prevent a hunchback
Its a golden winning rule and it can help prevent hunchback.

For every 30 minutes of doing a certain activity do 30 seconds of movement in opposite direction.

Every 30 minutes that you sit in the chair get up and do a stretch with backward bend for 30 seconds.

If your neck is bothering you just take a moment to draw your chin in as if getting a double chin, roll your shoulders back and down and stretch for 30 seconds.

If you realize you haven't taken a deep breath in 30 minutes then take a moment to focus on your breathing, take slow deep breaths for 30 seconds.

Set a timer for every 30 minutes you spend sitting, stretch for 30 seconds and feel better and look better.

Respected Dr. I am in sitting job. I have problem of lower back pain from 2015, Consulted to Dr. That days taken medicine and did exercise so problem has solved but when I Use very heavy item than pain started & Also started knee pain in left leg to few days. What can I do.

Do move from your desk every 2 hours for Minimum 10 minutes and do take IFT and laser Therapy for pain relief for 12 days followed by strengthening exercise from physiotherapist Best wishes.

Kindly show me x rays of wrist & hand before I can suggest any thing. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi -apply ice, -do stretching of calf muscles, -wear proper footwear -try using a frozen bottle of water and gently rolling it under the arch and heel. Best wishes.

In view of age, may try with sincerity and keep patience no non-veg even eggs also, no curd, bakery, banana, always take plain or warm water 1- while preparing roti add 10 ml castor oil in aata and prepare roti such roti is to be consumed daily one time in dinner 1- aampachak churna 5 gm with warm water twice daily 2-yograj guggul tablet 500 mg one tablet twice daily with n01 medicine 3- rasnasaptak or maharasnadi kwath 10 ml twice daily with water 4- myostaal or pyroflex liniment or maha vishgarbha oil anyone apply on painful joints with very gentle massage continue all for three months and report me.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises.
