Hi lybrate-user. I guess you have got it wrong. It may not be 4 cms. It should be 4 mm. Second you have to consult a nearby dentist for proper check up and then he will able to suggest you proper treatment. Till then you may use homoeopathic toothpaste heklalava by wheezal which will help to make them stronger.

1. Try to scrub the area daily and put vitamin e oil 2. You can also apply some castor oil to the stretch marks and gently massage the area in circular motions for 5 to 10 minutes 3. Use aloe vera gel on the area once a day 4. Use rich cocoa butter before going.

Hi get an x-ray done for right heel for calcaneum AP and Lateral views..it could be Achilles tendinitis or calcaneum spur. take Ace-proxyvon one tab twice a day, use heel cushion of silicon in foot wear or foam insole sandal, do hot fomentation.. if it turns out to be Achilles then local injection infiltration of hydrocortisone may help best wishes

How to increase concentration? My exams are near and I am not able to concentrate, I am worried I want to score good marks.

Dear student for concentration and memory try following things on a daily basis and you will see positive results. Concentration is a mental skill that you can develop. There are two ways to improve your concentration: first, raise your brain's natural ability to concentrate. In other words, increase your attention. Second, adjust the environment around you to make concentrating easier. To improve your concentration takes a little time and effort, but it can be worth it. In my personal experience with students. This can make noticeable improvement in a relatively short time. Ideas for daily concentration-boosting habits include: mindfulness meditation - many studies confirm that 20 minutes of meditation or more per day improves concentration and attention span. Focusing on your breathing, known as mindfulness meditation, is one of the simplest way of meditation. Start with ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes before bed. Proper sleep -i am sorry to say it. Pulling all nighter will not help with your grade. Unless you are getting sufficient restful sleep, you are not going to be as mentally focused as you could be. Brain game -. The more you use certain skills, the more they are reinforced in the brain. So it makes sense that playing concentration games and games that require you to focus will improve your concentration ability. You need to be consistent in this. Play for about 10 to 20 minutes each day. Have fun, and get the benefits but remember not to spend more than 20 minutes a day. Your goal is to improve your concentration and not the score in the game! eat healthier - your brain needs the proper nutrients to allow you to focus. Eat more vegetables and fruits and avoid consumption of junk food as much as possible. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Exercise is helpful in both reducing stress and increasing focus. At-least 20 minutes a day would go a long way. Optimize your mental state & environment in addition to building the habits described above into your daily routine, also adjust your environment and your current mental state to improve your concentration when studying. Create a study spot. Your brain loves routine. Create a place where all you do is study. An obvious choice is a secluded desk of some kind, but the trick is to make sure you only study in that spot. Studying in bed is a bad habit, for example, because your body is trained to want to sleep once you get into bed. Remove distractions. Turn off the ringer on your phone and take other steps to prevent interruptions. Don't study with the television on or with talk radio playing. Some studies have shown that soft instrumental music (no vocals) can help improve your concentration. Block background noises. If you have to study or work in an environment where it is too loud (classroom or open space) or too quiet (such as at home or at a library) you can get easily distracted by outside influences. With the right amount of background noise you can actually block out distractions and enhance your creative thinking. Use time boxes. Set a time limit when you need to study new material. For example, let's say you want to read one chapter in a book (and remember it). Decide in advance that you can have 45 minutes to read the chapter, and 15 minutes to review it. Set a timer to keep yourself honest, then pace yourself to keep within the allotted time. Stay motivated with rewards. If you see studying as burden, it's hard to concentrate. One way to stay motivated is to set up a reward system. Tell yourself you have to earn that hour of watching your favorite show later in the evening by first completing one hour of intense studying. That way, even if the material is dry, you have the reward to look forward to. Take a break every two hours. You mental energy will begin to decline after a long period of study. So every two hours or so, take a ten minute break. Walk around, eat a light snack, or just stare at the wall to relax your mind. Concentrating is the first step to learning anything new. It only makes sense that if you improve your concentration, your memory will improve also. Home Remedies Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning to reduce headache. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cumin on a sliced banana. Eat at night regularly.

पुरुषों या महिलाओं की सेक्स समस्याओं को गुप्त रोग कहा जाता है. इस तरह की समस्याओं को स्वास्थ्य की देखभाल के जरिये स्वस्थ सेक्स जीवन बनाए रखने में मदद करने के लिए निम्न कदम उठाए जा सकते हैं. शराब सम्बंधित दिशानिर्देशों का कढ़ाई से पालन करना धूम्रपान छोड़ना तनाव से बचना अधिक आराम चिंताओं या समस्याओं के बारे में अपने साथी से बात करना आदि को अपनाकर इसे कम कर सकते हैं. लगभग 10 में से 1 पुरुष यौन समस्याओं का अनुभव करते हैं. पुरुषों की यौन समस्याएं जीवन के किसी भी समय हो सकती हैं, लेकिन उम्र बढ़ने के साथ अधिक हो सकती हैं. अधिकांश यौन समस्याओं का इलाज किया जा सकता है इसके लिए आप निम्लिखित गुप्त रोगों के घरेलू उपाय भी अपना सकते हैं. हलांकी समस्या गंभीर होने पर चिकित्सकीय जांच ही बेहतर है.

वेनेरियाल डिजिज़ के लक्षण

अगर किसी महिला की योनि से लगातार 6 महीनों से स्राव होने के साथ-साथ उसमें खुजली होती है. पति के साथ संबंध बनाते वक्त उसे दर्द होता है. पेशाब करने के वक्त उसे परेशानी होती है. तब तुरंत डॉक्टर से संपर्क करना चाहिए. यह ट्राइकोमोनियासिस बीमारी हो सकती है. अक्सर पढ़ीलिखी होने के बावजूद अधिकांश महिलाएं अपने प्रजनन अंगों की देखभाल के प्रति गंभीर नहीं होतीं. स्त्री-पुरुषों में स्पष्ट शारीरिक भिन्नता होती है. स्‍त्रियों में प्रजनन अंगों का योनि, गर्भाशय व गर्भनली के माध्यम से सीधा संबंध होता है. पति-पत्नी के बीच शारीरिक संबंध दोनों के जीवन का सुखकारी समय होता है, किंतु कई बार महिलाओं में प्रसव, मासिक धर्म व गर्भपात के समय भी संक्रमण होने का डर होता है.
 

ट्राइकोमोनियासिस

ट्राइकोमोनियासिस का इलाज मैट्रोनीडाजोल नामक दवा से होता है, जो खाई जाती है और जैल के रूप में लगाई भी जाती है लेकिन डॉक्टर की सलाह पर ही दवा लें. अशिक्षा, गरीबी, शर्म के कारणों से अकसर महिलाएं प्रजनन अंगों के रोगों का उपचार कराने में आनाकानी करती हैं. प्रजनन अंगों के संक्रमण से एड्स जैसा खतरनाक रोग भी हो सकता है.
 

गोनोरिया

यह रोग महिलाओं में सूजाक, नीसेरिया नामक जीवाणु से होता है. यह स्त्री के प्रजनन मार्ग के गीले क्षेत्र में आसानी से बड़ी तेजी से बढ़ता है. इसके जीवाणु मुंह, गले, आंख में भी फैल जाते हैं. इस बीमारी में यौनस्राव में बदलाव होता है. पीले रंग का बदबूदार स्राव निकलता है. कई बार योनि से खून भी निकलता है. गर्भवती मह‍िला के लिए यह बहुत घातक रोग होता है. प्रसव के दौरान बच्चा जन्म नली से गुजरता है, ऐसे में मां के इस बीमारी से ग्रस्त होने पर बच्चा अंधा भी हो सकता है.
 

हर्पीज

यह रोग 'हर्पीज सिंपलेक्स' से ग्रसित व्यक्ति के साथ शारीरिक संबंध बनाने से होता है. इसमें 2 प्रकार के वायरस होते हैं. कई बार इस रोग से ग्रसित स्त्री-पुरुष को मालूम ही नहीं पड़ता कि उन्हें यह रोग है भी. यौन अंगों व गुदाक्षेत्र में खुजली, पानी भरे छोटे-छोटे दाने, सिरदर्द, पीठदर्द, बार-बार फ्लू होना आदि के इसके लक्षण होते हैं.

सैप्सिस
 

यह रोग 'ट्रेपोनेमा पल्लिडम' नामक ‍जीवाणु से पैदा होता है. योनिमुख, योनि, गुदाद्वार में बिना खुजली के खरोंचें हो जाती हैं. महिलाओं को तो पता ही नहीं चलता है. पुरुषों में पेशाब करते वक्त जलन, खुजली, लिंग पर घाव आदि समस्याएं हो जाती हैं.
 

हनीमून सिस्टाइस

नवविवाहिताओं में यूटीआई अति सामान्य है. इसको हनीमून सिस्टाइस भी कहते हैं. मह‍िलाओं में मूत्र छिद्र योनिद्वार और मलद्वार के पास स्थित होता है. यहां से जीवाणु आसानी से मूत्र मार्ग में पहुंचकर संक्रमण कर सकते हैं. करीब 75 प्रतिशत महिलाओं में यूटीआई आंतों में पाए जाने बै‍क्टीरिया के संक्रमण के कारण होता है. इसके अतिरिक्त अनेक अन्य प्रजाति के जीवाणु भी यूटीआई उत्पन्न कर सकते हैं. मूत्र मार्ग का संक्रमण जिसको यूरीनरी ट्रैक्क इंफेक्शन या यूटीआई कहते हैं, मह‍िलाओं में मूत्र मार्ग की विशिष्ट संरचना के कारण अति सामान्य समस्या है. करीब 40 प्रतिशत महिलाएं इससे जीवन में कभी न कभी ग्रसित हो जाती हैं. मूत्रद्वार में होने वाली जलन, खुजली अनेक कारणों से हो सकती है, लेकिन लगभग 80 प्रतिशत में यह यौन संसर्ग के कारण होती है. अकसर संक्रमण होने पर यौन संबंध बनाने के करीब 24 घंटे बाद लक्षण शुरू हो जाते हैं. विवाह के तुरंत बाद अज्ञानता, हड़बड़ी इत्यादि कारणों से यूटीआई होने की आशंका ज्यादा रहती है.
