Which vaccination is better for baby and why DTap or DTwp? Also pcv 13 is better or 10?

M.D.( Pediatrics), DCH
Pediatrician,
Which vaccination is better for baby and why DTap or DTwp? Also pcv 13 is better or 10?
DTwP is better than DTaP immunologically though it's little painful for couple of days. PCV 13 covers 13 strains as against 10 in PCV 10 there by reducing the cost. It is your call.

Try semisolid or solid home made food after baby is hungry like sft parandhi khichri and dalia. Decrease milk intake. Never use nuts or hard food less than 3 years of age.

My baby has completed her two months. Giving her Breast feeding she is passing bad smell gases n sometimes she cries ...
As per your description, your baby has some gaseous distention problem. Because of that your baby did not do stool properly and throw out the milk. Start giving grip water. Apply some oil on stomach and provide some heat through hot water bottle. Do not stop feeding your baby. You have to maintain your diet also, avoid eating heavy food. She will be alright.

I am a breast feeding mother, shall I eat mangoes, Jack fruit etc. If yes, what are all the nutrients in it for my baby?

Yes, you can eat. Every nutrient food which is useful to mother is also useful to breast fed baby. Fruits are good source of minerals, vitamines and a little of energy too.
