Following general measure will help to increase sperm count and motility :- 1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning. 2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A, C,D, E and Zinc 3) Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday. 4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Cold is because of allergy so you should take adequate precautions to protect yourself from exposure don't jump yo medicines immediately take steam inhalation regularly everyday if required even twice a day and at the most take tab cetrizine twic a day to get relief from cold.

Some times for developing acidity, maintaining proper imings only not enough. That depends on the how your food intake, quality of food. Like is it spicy/oily/fast food/junk food/etc all try to maintain bland diet, with less oil& spices. Avoid taking outsided food, snacks, etc take minimum 3-4 litres of water daily. Taking atleast 1/2litre in morning with empty stomach will help alot in gneeral as cleanser for body. Try to take more fruits, dates, sprouts, millets. Diary products like milk, curd, butter milk. Do not drink water while eating, just before easting& immediatey after eating. There should be a ga[p of 1/2 hr minium before or after for break fast/ lunch/dinner. Try to take heavy break fast, medium as lunch & less as dinner. Try to avoid rice consumption in night. Do exercises regularly, like walking, jogging, gym, sports, whatever you can but regularly, practicing yoga. Mediatation/pranayama will five good results in keeping mind/body equilibrium. All the best. If still complaint is there, then you need to take medicines accordingly, but I feel you do not need rt now medicines now.

The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. -Use analgesics like crocin or dolo -650 mg and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. -Take rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc.to prevent dehydration. -Avoid visiting heavily populated residential areas, if possible. -Use mosquito repellents/mosquito nets when indoors.  -When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants .

Early ejaculation or Premature Ejaculation is a common problem and most Indians have it. It happens because you are not able to control your excitement when you go for sex. By the time you start to sex with your partner, your peak is near and you get discharged soon. Males usually have 3 minutes from arousal to discharge. Females take 10-15 minutes to get aroused. So how to match both. Learn to desensitize or control your emotions a little by thinking some thing else while you do fore play on your partner. You can increase the time of foreplay and that will you be satisfied that you are spending enough time in bed. When about 10-15 minutes have passed then think of yourself and you will charged immediately in a second. Then do sex then. If you have proper desires then erection will too be good. If negative thoughts are there then erection will not be good. For insertion take help of some lubrication but if you have good desires and foreplay is good, lubrication come automatically. Ask your wife to help in getting insertion. Changing of positions also helps in proper insertion and lasting & satisfying sex. Sleep is the best reliever of all stress and physical pain. Not only is it important to get sleep, but also to sleep soundly and without any disturbance. The quality matters. Here are a few tips to get better sleep: 1.It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 2.Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 3.If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 4.The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 5.Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. Darker the room, greater melatonin, making you more sleepy. 6.Those who exercise regularly and well are known to be fitful sleepers. Exercise well before bedtime. If required, do some light yoga or stretching exercises that promote sleep. 7.What you eat throughout the day makes a difference to the quality of your sleep. Take ras manikya ras. Gandhak rasayan and shukti pishti with honey thrice a day. Take panchnimbadi churna with water twice a day. Take panchtikta ghrit guggul and arogya vardhini vati with warm water. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part. Take these medicines in supervision of a good ayurvedic doctor.

I am 32 years old man. Lately my job profile pushed me to grow a habit of skipping or untimely lunch due to excess work pressure. This habit led to generation of bad breath, generating from stomach. Now even though I had tried homeopathy medicine but not getting cure and causing real problem for me I feel like bad breath coming from inside as the breath is heavy. The homeopath medicines provided a very short time benefit but again the problem resurfaced. I have a weak digestion problem too.

try to improve your habit, take lunch and dinner at proper time, dinner should be taken at least 2-3 hr before going to bed, you must have proper slip. take tab flagyl 400 1tab tds, tab lan 30 empty stomack in morning for 5 day. wash your mouth after eating. do tooth brush morning evening, do mouth wash with mouth wash, consult dentist for scaling, if needed. it will help you. welcome for further help.
