Hello, Take 10-15 drops of phytolacca decdandra Q in 1 glass of warm water and do gargles with it in the morning,also drink two sips of ths water. Take causticum 200, 5 drops in morning empty stomach, single dose only. glycyrrhiza 1x, 2-2 tablets ,thrice a day. Revert after 7 days, thanks.

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 2) sleep upto 10.30 pm 3) avoid coffee and tea…. 4) avoid use of any hair oil, soap…for 15-30 days… A) take 30ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 2-2 tablets of lakshyadi guggul with audumbaravleha…. C) take 2 tsf of FLAX SEEDS along with 2 tsf of jiggery and 2 tablets of LEELAVILAS RASA after meals…. D) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and aloe vera juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda) two times in a week……E) take 3 tsf of SHATAVARI KALPA along with 250 ml of lukewarm milk early in the morning instead of breakfast…… do all things for 30 days. I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

Hello- Vaginal and back pain after morning sex can be due to trapped gases in the abdomen, which try to move out during sexual activities. So, nothing to worry about it, its absolutely normal. Pain will subside in a day or two. Do defecate (pass stool) before sex in the morning.

Follow the tips *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products. Dear lybrate-user, one of the main reasons for not getting proper sleep is that plans made during the day time or earlier, do not succeed and mind finds ways or speculates or wanders to find ways to make the the plans work. These mental speculations repeat in mind at time of sleeping. So, due to plans not working as the mind likes to, the mind remains in agitated state due to finding no way and thus leads to frustration which avoids mind to go into sleep mode. This leads to not getting proper sleep. One has to break one's self-centeredness to avoid the thoughts and frustrations entering into mind at time of sleep leading to improper sleep. The solution is to not intentionally think further about plans, but with faith surrender to the supreme and instead of thinking about the plans it is better to read a nice book, listen to nice music or talks which do not allow mind to get frustrated with mental speculations. Drinking cow's milk in night before sleep also should help.

Fertility Enhancing diet-

• Essential Fatty Acids

EFA are essential for getting pregnant. Omega 3 fat is necessary to maintain the balanced production of hormone-like substances called prostaglandins. They can also increase blood flow to reproductive organs, increase cervical mucus, and promote ovulation.

1 tsp. of fish oil per day is recommended for women consuming animal products while 1 tbsp. of flax oil per day is recommended for women not consuming animal products.

• Vitamin B12

Many women who are not able to conceive are deficient in Vitamin B12. B12 will help to balance hormone imbalances, essential for cell formation, aids in nutrient absorption and metabolism as well as overall digestion.

It is also important for the nervous system, blood supply, and the development of red blood cells.Women who are trying to get pregnant and have a B12 deficiency may not be ovulating and may have abnormal estrogen levels which can affect implantation of a fertilized egg.

B12 deficiency has also been linked to cell abnormalities of the reproductive tract which may even be diagnosed as cervical dysplasia. Vitamin B12 is found in the gut of animals and, therefore, cannot be obtained through plants. Women following a vegan or vegetarian diet are often low in B12 and should use supplements. Women trying to get pregnant, and pregnant women throughout their pregnancy should be consuming 2.6 mcg of B12 per day.
Beside taking supplements, if you’re trying to conceive, you should increase intake of beef, poultry, fish, fortified dairy or nondairy products as well as booster foods such as nutritional yeast. B12 shots are also effective.

• Protein

If you’re trying to get pregnant, you should be increasing the protein intake to about 25% of what you have previously been eating. High-quality protein with all amino acids is the best option, high-quality animal protein is also sources of other important nutrients such as iron, and B-vitamins.

• Folic Acid

Folic acid is one of the best-known vitamins to aid in pregnancy. It is essential for preventing neural tube defects, congenital heart defects, cleft lips, limb defects, as well as urinary tract defects in the baby.

Deficiency in folic acid can also increase infertility and cause pre-term labor. Folic acid can be found in liver, lentils, beans, black beans, asparagus, spinach, and broccoli. If you’re taking a supplement, then it should be should be between 600-120mcg per day.

Do regular exercise. Take 2 glass water in the morning. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals.

When you have an esophageal or food pipe ulcer, you need to follow a low-fat diet. Fat in food delays stomach emptying and decreases pressure in the lower esophageal sphincter, or les, which is the valve that separates your stomach and your esophagus. Both of these issues increase the risk of acid reflux and esophageal irritation. A low-fat diet for esophageal ulcers means limiting your intake of fried foods, high-fat meats such as bacon, high-fat desserts, and added fat such as oil and butter. It also helps if you eat small, frequent meals throughout the day to limit stomach pressure and possible reflux. Foods to eat: Your esophageal reflux diet should include a variety of things from all the food groups: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean sources of protein and low-fat dairy products. Eating an array of healthy foods ensures that your body gets all the nutrients, it needs to promote healing and overall good health. If you experience pain when swallowing, be sure to chew your food thoroughly. If that doesn't help, you may benefit from eating softer or pureed foods, such as stewed meats, mashed potatoes, soft-cooked rice or pasta, soft-cooked vegetables, ripe bananas and applesauce. Foods not to take: In addition to fat, certain foods also increase the risk of acid reflux. To minimize esophageal discomfort, you may need to limit these foods in your diet. Chocolate contains methylxanthine, a substance that reduces les pressure. Coffee, both caffeinated and decaffeinated, may increase reflux and irritation. Mint, carbonated beverages, acidic foods and alcohol also can aggravate reflux. Whether you should include these foods in your diet depends on your individual tolerance. Watch those calories: Being overweight or obese also increases the risk of reflux and irritation of esophageal ulcers. Limiting your calorie intake to lose weight may also help alleviate symptoms. Your calorie needs for weight loss -- which range from 1, 000 to 1, 600 calories a day -- depend on your age, gender and activity level. Your doctor can help you determine how many calories you need to lose weight and help improve symptoms related to an esophageal ulcer.

As per the ayurvedic treatment protocol, first avoid sour tasted and fermented food. You can gently apply mahanarayan tailam follwed by hot and cold fomentation. To relieve pain you can have trayodashang guggulu. Feel free to ask for more.

Get your thyroid and vit-d tests done. If these are imbalaced, then balancing them is necessary. Ayurvedic management of premature greying of hair and hairloss- grind the curry leaves and squeeze out their juice. Mix curry leaves juice and buttermilk. Boil the mixture on low flame for 5 minutes. Let it cool to become lukewarm. Apply this lukewarm buttermilk-curry leaves juice mixture on your scalp. Leave for half an hour. Wash hair with lukewarm water. Oil- boil a handful of fresh curry leaves in 6-8 tablespoons of coconut oil until the leaves become black. Strain the oil. Apply this oil to your hair daily at night and massage your scalp only with fingers gently. Massage for about 15-20 minutes. Leave it overnight and wash off your hair the next morning. Use this oil for at least 3 months to get results. Diet- simply eat a teaspoon of black sesame seeds daily for at least three months. Boil the curry leaves in water and drink the hot beverage. Protein, vit a, vit e rich diet. Yogasanas- shavasana, vajrasana, pawanmuktasana. Pranayamas- kapalbhati, bhastrika, nadi-shodhan pranayama. Note- fix on a single shampoo brand to wash your hair. Avoid constipation. Do not comb hairs at all when they are wet. Do not use colors/dyes/hair-styling agents. Practice meditation under expert guidance.

Please take berberis aq. Q / put 10 to 15 drops on cotton and apply on the affected area twice a day for one month. 10 drops from this medicine in half cup of water thrice a day for two weeks. Revert back after two weeks with feedback.

Hi, you mean clear the skin? Believe me, if you are genuinely happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

To reduce belly you have to do abdomen crunches & other abdomen exercises. Also cut down extra carbohydrates from your diet & increase protein intake.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.
