See the penile size is not as important as that of your sexual strength and endurance. Focus on that, note the time of your erection and ejaculation, observe is it fine to satisfy the partner or not.

Masturbation twice per week is healthy. Masturbation should be done when there is no time limit and there is no fear that someone while doing so will catch them. Use start and stop technique in masturbation. Lots of people complained of weakness from masturbation and wants some medicines, If one feels sexual weakness (erection problem, low desire, etc) from masturbation then it could be psychological, low testosterone level, and poor nutrition so people should not feel guilty regarding masturbation, should check their testosterone level and get treated, and improve nutrition status. The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

Hi lybrate-user. Naturopathy believes that Mother Nature has every remedy for our problems, it believes in preventing the problem instead of just curing it. I am suggesting you some simple lifestyle changing tips that will not just make your body proportionate and give you a desired shape but will also help you obtain a healthy body. You can come over it very easily due to your determination. 1.Make sure you are walking at least 5000 steps every day. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime 2.You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course foods of the day. 3.Eat handfull of roasted almond every day. 4.Try having your dinner (heavy or proper food) before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you to lose your weight. 5.Try to sleep before 11: 00 P. M. And sleep for minimum 6 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of weight gain. 6.Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. 7.In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and drink sip by sip instead of drinking quickly. You can chew Nicorette gum which is nicotine replacement. There are medicines available. Which can be prescribed if asked personally Cigarette smoking is a leading preventable cause of mortality. It kills more than 60 lakh people worldwide every year. More than 50% of regular smokers would invariably die from tobacco-related illnesses which includes heart attack, cancer or asthmatic lung diseases. Best age to stop smoking is before 40 Only strong will power, determination, attending AA meetings and diverting mind when tempted will help you stop alcohol or may need professional help from a psychiatrist or de addiction centre. Try agreeing on certain days with your partner or a friend and help each other and stick to it. If you are planning to drink alcohol, decide on a limit in advance and make sure you don’t go over it. Swap every other alcoholic drink for a soft one – starting with your first drink. Try shandy instead of a pint of beer, or swap some wine for soda and have a spritzer. Don’t stock up on beer, wine or spirits at home. Finish one drink before pouring another, because topping up drinks makes it harder to keep track of how much you’ve had and when you planned to stop. Avoid buying drinks in rounds, that way you don’t have to keep pace with anyone. Tell a friend or partner that you’re cutting down on alcohol, they can support you – or even join you.

Hello. To reduce dryness use coconut oil or olive oil. Massage it on hands and feet twice a day. Do regular padicure and manicure after every 15 days. Drink lots of water to keep skin hydrated. Eat healthy diet like all green leafy veges and fresh fruits. Include salad in your daily diet. Eat nuts daily. Almonds and walnuts are good. It gives natural oil to skin. Take homoeopathic medicine:- jaborandi 30 (5 drops three times a day for 15 days) update me with feedback.

Hi. More eating non veg can cause high uric acid and kidney disease. And over weight. Pl. Take non veg in limited. Avoid more use of non- veg. Eat fiber rich meal, take low fat meals. Avoid spicy and oily meals. Use rice bran oil. Drink 8 glass of water in a day.

You should take berberis aquafolium Q., 7-7 drops with water ,twice day. 3. wash your face with aloe vera herbal face wash twice a day, apply rose water on the face. 4.don't take oily , spicy junk food in excess. 5. Wash your face with plain water 4-5 times a day. Home remedy to lighten your complexion Yogurt Yogurt contains lactic acid that helps gently exfoliate the skin and absorbs excess oil from the face. Apply one tablespoon of plain yogurt thoroughly over your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Then rinse it off with cool water. Do this once daily. Alternatively, mix one tablespoon each of organic yogurt and finely ground oatmeal. Then stir in one teaspoon of warm honey. Apply the mixture on your face. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse with warm water. 4. Tomatoes Tomatoes are great for oily skin due to their cooling, clarifying and astringent properties. The high vitamin C content in tomatoes is very helpful for acne-prone skin. Plus, the natural oil-absorbing acids in tomatoes help get rid of excess oil. 1. Cut a tomato in half and rub it on your skin. 2. Allow the juice to soak into your skin for at least 15 minutes. 3. Rinse your skin with cold water, pat it dry and apply a light oil-free moisturizer. Note: You can also make a face mask by combining three tablespoons of tomato juice with one tablespoon of honey.

Ask someone to rub your neck and back, or treat yourself to a massage. Apply gentle, steady rotating pressure to the painful area of your head with your index finger and/or thumb. Maintain pressure for seven to 15 seconds, then release. Repeat as needed. Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders.

For weight Reduction: Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Thats absolutely fine. 4 to 5 days less is absolutely normal. During pregnancy we do recommend small frequent meals but whatever you eat should be healthy. Drink lots of water.

Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.
