Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hi, there is no such medicine which helps to reduce weight. I advice you, you should go for brisk walk in the morning, do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits, sprouts and vegetables in your diet. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals.

Hello, first of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection wth its full immunity and start the below medication:- take gelesemium 200, twice daily. Take eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs, thrice daily. Take alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature. If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

Its caused by bite of anopheles mosquito... Prevent bites by mosquito by using mosquito nets kr repellants.. Treatment is artesunate /chloroquine tablets to be taken under Supervision of doctor and depending on the type of malaria

Dear patient, wash your face with a hydrating face wash. And apply a face pack comprising of turmeric, multani mittti and sandal applied in milk and water. Remove the same after drying. Keep yourself well hydrated and also take a cup of milk with turmeric every day. Best of luck.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

Ye ek aam samsya hai. Kuchh log hasthmaithun, guda maithun aadi ke atyadhik pryog ke karan ye samsya pauda kar lete hain. Uchit diet na lena bhi isko barha deta hai. Tedhapan bhi thheek ho sakta hai aur dhat bhi. Sabse pahle pareshan bona chhoro. Jab hal hai to nirasha kyon. Bas aap hamare nirdeshon ka palan karen. Sabse pahle khoob pani piyen. Peshab khoob aana chahiye. Til aur moongphali khana shuru kare. Bazar se kababchini 100 gm lakar koot len. 100 gm boora' dalen. 100 gm gokhru ka chooran dalen. Mix karen. Use 1-1 chammach din me teen bar pani ya garam doodh se len. Is dauran aap stambhak yog shudh asli'tila' ka pryog shuru kar den. Bazar me otc dawa ka istemal na karen. Ye aapke hit me hai. Mr. Lybrate-user, if he has diabetes and high uric acid, both conditions need to be treated with specific drugs. In addition to drugs, diet control and exercise also needed fro controlling blood sugar. As regards high uric acid (no details are given about uric acid level or sugar level and hba1c%), he should avoid high purine containing foods like organ meat, red meat, a number of fishes like sardines, salmon, herring, haddock, shell fish, scallops, mushrooms and mussels. High fat milk products, alcohol and sweetened aerated drinks. Should consume more of green leafy vegetables and whole grain products. Thanks for the question.
