U could be allergic to certain allergans eg dust, pollution, smoke etc Avoid these allergans. Eat healthy diet. Improve ur immunity by having healthy diet and exercise daily. Take vit c tablet daily. Hope this helps u.

I insert my finger to clean it thoroughly as I read somewhere that if I clean inserting finger I would not have disease like piles. You have no need to insert your finger to wash your anal area. By this you can damage your tissues. Make a chart and note down the time you spent every time to wash your anal area. Day by day reduce the time. If you feel anxious starts breathing exercise it keeps you calm. And go for consultation to any psychologist.

Hello, apply homoeopathic - thiosinaminum q few drops mixed in a glycerin solution on scars that are visible (as it is less greasy, so is more easily absorbed into the skin. Also take causticum 200 orally once daily.

Symptoms of diabetes are (1) excessive thirst (2) excessive urination (3) increased hunger (4) weight loss (5) tiredness (6) tingling sensation in limbs (7) blurred vision (8) lack of interest. Precautions are (1) change food habits (2) don't smoke (3) keep your blood pressure and cholesterol level under control (4) regular eye checkup (5) regular physical exercise etc. Symptoms of low bp (1) fatigue (2) nausea (3) dizziness (4) clammy skin (5) depression (6) loss of consciousness (7) blurry vision. These are very common.

Hello Sir, Both your fasting and 2 hour post meal glucose values are high. For good diabetes control fasting glucose should be less than 110 and 2 hour glucose value should be less than 170. Solutions: 1) Diet control- avoid sweets, junk food, oily food etc. Take plenty of vegetables, fruits (orange, mosambi, papaya, apples, pears etc) 2) exercise for 30-45 min everyday or arleast 5 days in a week. Brisk walking, cycling, swimming, jogging are examples. If you have never exercised see a cardiologist first for assessment for fitness to exercise. 3) Lose weight. 4) see you doctor, get the blood tests including HBA1C. Your doctor will change your tablets. Thank you.

Dear lybrate user, you may be suffering from leucorrhoea. To get rid of your problem you need the following homoeopathic medication:- 1) mix 5 drops of each of homoeopathic syphilinum 1m + homoeopathic alumina 200 + homoeopathic borax 200 in a cup of water & take that mixture early morning before brushing your teeth daily. 2) take 2 tablets from homoeopathic calcarea ova tosta 3x tablets just before bathing daily. 3) take 30 drops of homoeopathic mother tincture blumea odorata q, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water.

Consult a psychiatrist and get your sleep disorder evlauated. It can be idiopathic insomnia, or secondary sleep disorder. Follow sleep hygienehe most important sleep hygiene measure is to maintain a regular wake and sleep pattern seven days a week. It is also important to spend an appropriate amount of time in bed, not too little, or too excessive. This may vary by individual; for example, if someone has a problem with daytime sleepiness, they should spend a minimum of eight hours in bed, if they have difficulty sleeping at night, they should limit themselves to 7 hours in bed in order to keep the sleep pattern consolidated. In addition, good sleep hygiene practices include: Avoid napping during the day. It can disturb the normal pattern of sleep and wakefulness. Avoid stimulants such as caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol too close to bedtime. While alcohol is well known to speed the onset of sleep, it disrupts sleep in the second half as the body begins to metabolize the alcohol, causing arousal. Exercise can promote good sleep. Vigorous exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. A relaxing exercise, like yoga, can be done before bed to help initiate a restful night's sleep. Food can be disruptive right before sleep. Stay away from large meals close to bedtime. Also dietary changes can cause sleep problems, if someone is struggling with a sleep problem, it's not a good time to start experimenting with spicy dishes. And, remember, chocolate has caffeine. If this is since last few months, then it may be either due to anxiety or excessive alcohol abuse. Stop consuming alcohol completely if doing so. Try to be relaxed. Take balanced meal in time, do regular exercise, yoga meditation etc. Listen to soothing music at evening, have adequate rest and sleep. If still feeling anxious and under-confident then consult a psychiatrist who may help you in reducing your anxiety and boosting your confidence. All the best.

The main cause of piles is constipation and liver disease. At present the priority should be to stop bleeding. You should take more n more fibrous food. Avoid spicy fried n junk food. Drink plenty of water. For constipation, you should take some stool softeners.
