hello i'm male 28 year old, I have 82 kg weight, i'm in a traveling job I traveled 24 days in a month, I want to lose my weight with vegetarian diet. I'm belongs to a typical brahmin family so what kind of things should I follow to reduce my weight and feel lighter in all day, some time I feel constipation in my stomach, I oftenly eat in hotels.

Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and it's better to have a low fat content in your diet and I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months

Hi lybrate-user, glad that you asked this question. Some times the metabolism in the system is very fast. So you don't gain weight easily. Eat frequently. Also take up weight training to build on your muscles. Include a lot of protein rich foods in your diet like fish, grilled chicken, eggs, sprouts, nuts and oilseeds, paneer post the workout. You are still 18 years, in a year or two with hormonal changes things should fall in place. All the bes.

Hi lybrate-user There could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately .we should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample Diet Plan Breakfast - Russian salad with boiled eggs. Lunch - Cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - Paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - Dry fruits and Nuts with green tea. I see you are already taking Azithromycin (AZIWOK) for your throat. Finish the course as prescribed to you. Add salt-water gargles (as often as possible). Plenty of warm fluids and rest will help you get better. If symptoms persist even after one week, see an ENT doctor in your area. Stay hydrated.

I am a 21years old female. I'm suffering from migraine from last 3-4yrs. I have taken many painkillers as advised, but it hasn't been cured yet. And on top the problem of hair fall has also started. I also sweat a lot in all d 12months. Moreover alot of sweating is in underarms and plam.

1. Take crocin Pain relief one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack, apply ice pack, massage scalp/temple 2. Drink plenty of water and take rest. 3. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation, exposure to loud noise, bright light, strong smell inadequate sleep, continuous use of cell phone since it precipitates migraine attack 4. Avoid salted /processed food, aged cheese, excess tea/coffee/alcoho (red wine)/caffeinated beveragesl. Don’t skip/postpone your meal, avoid hunger since it triggers the attack 5. Go for regular exercise, reduce weight if over weight 6. Practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve you from stress 7. If You have chronic migraine, you have to take migraine prophylaxis like propranolol/ vasograin after consulting physician 8. Consult neurologist to exclude other causes of headache and if required, take CT scan of brain.

My 14 yrs old son having some sinex problem on right side nasal since 2012, I have consult so many doctors and treatment. I observe that if he stop the medicine on the next day water going down from his right side nasal. Due to this continue headache. I had going with" homeopathy" treatment for around one year, after that he feel better almost control this problem after jan 2012. Now present he have same problem i. E. U should get a ct scan done to find any underlying pathology like polyps in nose and accordingly treatment can be given. You can start him on tab. Montair-l daily at bed time and flomist nasal spray twice a day along with that steam inhalation also.

1.Night fall is common in adolescent age group and young adults. It is due to involuntary ejaculation during sleep in night/early morning. 2.Night fall in moderation relieves sexual tension. 3.Excessive fall can cause weakness, fatigue, sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. My mother is 40 Yrs old n she had suffered from breast cancer 3 Yrs later. Though it is difficult to cure this condition but certainly there are ways to minimize the lymphedema by proper exercises and use of compression sleeves. Dear, there are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running.
