Dear lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to muscular or other soft tissue problem - avoid exertion, bending, lifting weight, upper body exercises till pain is reduced - do hot fomentation three times a day of the affected area - apply pain relief gel three times a day - take pain relief tablet after meals if pain is more - do an x- ray chest to rule out any bony problem.

Dear Lybrateuser, -A mobile phone can cause electromagnetic interference with a pacemaker, if this happens then it can interfere with the pacemaker by stopping it from delivering the stimulating pulsesthat regulate the hearts rhythm -causing the pacemaker to deliver the pulses irregularly -use some precautions like hold the phone to the ear opposite to the side of body where the pacemaker is implanted, avoid placing the turned on phone next to the pacemaker implant, don't carry it in a pocket over the place where pacemaker is implanted -try to keep it away from the body & use it only when necessary.

I am 21 years old suffering from high blood pressure. It generally increases when I got excited. How to control dis.
To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

What does high sensitivity c reactive protein 4.32 and LDL cholesterol 134 for 30 year old male indicate.

MD - Alternate Medicine, BHMS

What does high sensitivity c reactive protein 4.32 and LDL cholesterol 134 for 30 year old male indicate.
It indicated that you are at a high risk of heart disease. It can either be heart block or Heart attack as your LDL is also borderline high. It is better to start controlling your diet and start regular exercises now. Swimming is the best option as it works up each and every muscle of the body. You can also start gymming if you like.
