Ashwagandha is one of the most powerful Ayurvedic herbs and is commonly known as the Indian ginseng. Ashwagandha can be loosely translated to mean the ‘strength of ten horses’. It can be used to treat a number of diseases, relieve stress and fatigue, helps heal injuries and may also be used as an aphrodisiac and can help prevent male infertility.

  1. Ashwagandha helps rejuvenate the body: This herb not only calms a person down, but also restores the balance of their body. Hence, it is also known as rayasana or a herb that rejuvenates. Ashwagandha stimulates the immune system and boosts the production of white blood cells thereby, elevating levels of antioxidants such as superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase. The effects of this herb on a person’s nervous system and endocrine system can also harmonise the body, mind and spirit.
  2. It increases positivity: Stress and anxiety can lead to negative thinking and ultimately to depression. By fighting stress Ashwagandha helps negate these problems and instead boosts positive thinking. It may also be used to treat depression itself.

A spine block or an epidural injection usually does not give good result or long standing relief in discogenic low back ache. Moreover we need to look at the type of disc prolapse n accordingly there are multiple treatments. Yes adhd medicine have side effects.. I am in great trouble. I have been ill for 6 months. Headache,heaviness in head, low mood, weak sleeping, weakness in talking, no mood to meet anybody, unable to do my routine work.in treatment. Taking medicine regularly, but no improvement. It has happened 5 times before now in 2006,2007,2010,2013 & 2014. But became cure after treatment in 3-4 months every time. Tips to reduce anxiety and stress 1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin b contributes to good mental health. While omega 3 fatty acids help with both depression and anxiety. Whole grain foods boost serotonin and helps us remain poised. Eating high-sugar content food and processed foods can increase levels of anxiety. 6. Learn to breathe well and relax. Short, shallow breaths arise when you are tensed. Yes, we can cause ourselves to freak out, but only for a certain amount of time. When something weighs heavily on your mind, or you believe something terrible is most definitely going to occur, commit to only creating that worry for 20 minutes. Think of all the possible outcomes of the scenario, figure out some game plans, and then quit thinking about it after 20 minutes go by. Have a friend call after the allotted time has passed to avoid the temptation of going over the time limit. Or schedule some of that playtime right afterward. 10. Plan for the future but do not worry about it. Make time tables and to-do lists so that you will not be worried about finishing stuff and so that you can increase your productivity. 11. Be positive. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings. If your problems are not solved by this, please consult in private for prescription medication.

Hi your hb is very low just check liver profile, cbc-esr. Urine routine microscopic, check all above report and then show it to your family doctor. It may be jaundice. Till that take following remedies 1. Triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach.

Hi, you mean absolutely no change? it could be because your hormonal status is not corrected or the technology of laser is not actually laser. There is something called ipl which is not laser.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of turmeric on face with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning and at night before sleep…. C) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and sutshekhar rasa after meals. D) take 2 tablet of vasantkusumakar rasa early in the morning on empty stomach with triphala juice…. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. But jab maine conceive kar liya to me nahi gayi. Us time mujhe koi pain bhi nahi tha but ab pain bhi hota hai or daad me khana atak bhi jata hai. Usi row me uperside me ek daad me black kida lad gaya hai me 2-3 din se paresaan hu khan chabha ke khane me taklif hoti hai of side me atak bhi jata hai plse tell here me kya karu actualy kisi ne bole the dentist hard medicine dete hai jis se baby pe effect hoga.

It is completely your ignorance that you did not get the proper treatment before pregnancy. Now you are in second trimester which is the best time for dental treatment but without radiation exposure and with some other precautions. You should consult a dental surgeon so that he or she can open the tooth to relieve the pain. And medication should be decided after consulting your gynacologist. Extracting a tooth may cause other complications which need heavy antibiotics that will not be suitable in this condition. Get it done before 6 month of pregnancy.

Hello there are solutions to melasma but in order to keep it at bay forever requires some of your efforts as well. Melasma can be reduced by laser or even by chemical peeling. You can also try melalite cream application which gradually fades the pigmentation. However with all the treatment, you will have to use sun screen lotion on your face forever. Apply the lotion all. Over your face before going in the sun and repeat the application every three hours.

Being a homoeopath,I will suggest you a natural way to glow your lips along with a lip balm. Lemon, Sugar Lip Scrub: In a small bowl, mix in 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and coconut oil. Add in and stir thoroughly 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, a bit at a time to make thick paste of uniform consistency. If needed, you can add in more sugar. After mixing it well, you can transfer the scrub into a suitable storage container. It can be safely kept in fridge for about one week.Apply a little bit of the scrub to your lips, and scrub it in circular motion. To effectively exfoliate your lips, use a small toothbrush. Rinse your lips with warm water, and apply a LIP balm( BAKSON) on your choice.
