USG is not confirmation for stones. There are varied reports. Unless you have pain don't worry on stones less than 1 cm in kidney.

That is because of your medical renal problem. Get a Nephrology consultation and get USG. Check for diabetes. Monitor the Creatinine periodically.

At 43 Vigora is not good if you have cardiac problems. So before starting get your catdiac evaluation.
