Get your refraction done and wear spectacles eat green veggies. Carrots. Strain less your eyes. Relax your eyes in between work. Blink regularily if working for long time on computer. Lower the brightness of your screen. Work under adequately illuminated conditions. If needed wear corrective spectacles. These r few things you can take care of. Otherwise as such no options available which wd increases your eyesight.

Hi. The symptoms of typhoid are as follows: - prolonged pyrexia, usually remittent - headache - abdominal distension - constipation followed by loose motions - malaise - vomitting - dry coated tongue -bradycardia - enlargement of liver and spleen. The duration of the illness is usually about four weeks but may remain for eight weeks or more if untreated. Regarding precautions, be careful while eating outside food. Do not consume uncooked or raw food like vegetable salads, chatnis, buttermilk, lassi, raita, cut fruits, etc. Drink only boiled and cooled water or mineral water. One can even secure himself by taking typhoid vaccine which protects your body for 2 years. Take complete bed rest. Consume high protein diet like sprouts, egg, soya, milk and milk products to regain the energy and strength which is lost due to the infection. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. Consume plenty of fluids. Take the antibiotics prescribed by the doctor for 10-14 days. Avoid outside food and fresh and hot home made food is preferred.

1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take 2 tab stresswin at night with milk for 5 days ONLY. 6. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 7.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 8. Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

You are losing energy, nutrients and feeling lethargic and sleepy because of poor eating habits and also this is leading to fat gain. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to health, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent which is called 'Hairloss' rather and leads to bald areas of smooth and shiny surface. In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up which subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or hairloss- hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger any other underlying diseases, etc. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Hairfall the reason for hairfall and hair thinning can be lack of balanced diet full of minerals, proteins. Stress. Inadequate sleep. Harmonal factors. Excess use of harsh shampooes. Etc. Check all the above factors and bring changes in your lifestyle accordingly. Apply juice of onion onto the scalp and let it stay for 30 mins and rinse off. Can use a mild shampoo. Do this twice a week. This will stop hairfall and help in regrowth. Apply castor oil as a routine oil. Apply mahabringaraj tail regularly apply hair masks: 1. General precautions for stones: 1. Drink lot of fluids (keep urine colourless & urine volume per 24 hr > 1.5 to 2 liters) 2. Reduce salt intake 3. Reduce intake of animal proteins These three things are universal for any kidney stone. If you are taking calcium supplements for bone health, try taking calcium citrate preparation since citrate prevent stone formation. Take calcium supplements along with meals and not in empty stomach. Milk and milk containing products must also be taken along with meals to prevent excessive calcium absorption which can promote stones. However, regular milk/calcium supplement is required. Other things you should follow are: - Increase fruit intake (except grapes) - Decrease coffee, tea, soft drinks, nuts and chocolate

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Egg white works well in order to lighten the pimple marks and the pimple scars. Take a fresh egg and break the egg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Apply this egg white on the pimple marks. After 10-15 minutes, wash with the cold water. Baking Soda Take some baking soda. Mix some water with the baking soda and apply this mixture on the pimple marks. Baking soda serves as an agent that carries out micro dermabrasion on the skin and helps to clear the pimple marks on the face and body. Tomatoes Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A, which helps nourish the dead skin while rejuvenating it. Vitamin A helps by healing the skin and by helping facilitate quick growth of the skin while removing the scars. Using tomatoes to help heal the scars on the skin is not a lengthy process, but it is rather simple. Just take a tomato, slice it and make it into a pulp. Apply the pulp on the face and leave it on for twenty minutes’ time. Then, wash it off with some warm water. You could also mix cucumbers with it. Make a paste out of all of cucumbers and tomatoes and apply as a face mask. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with some cool water.
