Dear Doctors, I am feeling pain while urinating for last 5 to 6 weeks and urine flow is slow, did uroflowmetry test and 6.5 ml/sec as resulted and also did KUB test as per doctor advise. Result came out clean and there are no stones, Kidneys & Prostate are normal in size. Continuing K-CIT 10 ml in 2 times per day and urimax tab one per day. I have taken 10 days but still having mild pain while passing urine and flow is slow. Kindly please suggest.

RESPECTED SIR 1.You have not mentioned your age. 2.Your uroflowmetry report is suggestive of obstructive flow pattern with a Q max of 6.5 ml/ sec, which is quite low compared to the mean value. 3.The report suggests you might be having bladder outlet obstruction, either in the form of enlarged prostate (assuming you to be over 50 years of age) or a stricture (narrowing) in the urethra resulting in poor flow of urine (if you are under the age of 40). 4.Please consult a Urologist who would further evaluate the problem. You might need a X Ray Retrograde Urethrogram (RGU) to delineate the anatomy of the urethra and to rule out a stricture. Hope this helps Thanks.

I am a married man of 33 years of age and have a decent sex life with my partner (2-3 times in a week). But currently when we have sex, I feel some extra pain on tip of my penis which was unusual. From next day, I feel too much pain on urinating, or pulling down my foreskin. I saw blood also from the bottom of the penis's tip.

Respected Sir 1.Based on your symptoms, you might be having phimosis (tight foreskin). 2.Are you able to retract it completely? Try to slowly retract the foreskin back daily and clean the undersurface with soap and water and keep the area dry. 3.A tight foreskin presents with difficulty in the intercourse, like you may develop cracks and tears on the foreskin. 4.Please consult a Urologist who would assess the condition and provide you appropriate treatment. 5.You might require surgical removal of the foreskin (Circumcision) if the problem persists. Do not worry, it is a minor day care procedure with minimal complications. Hope this helps Good Day.
