Hi my cousin is 23 year old. He do masturbate twice in a week since 10-12 years. He do get erection watching porn and other times but when it comes to sex he won't get that much of erection to put dick inside the vagina. Can you tell me why this is happening?

Avoid masturbation as well as porn .it's due to watching porn. Normal dopamine sensitivity in the reward circuitry is critical to normal sexual responsiveness, and too much stimulation appears to weaken the dopamine response of many brains. To return to normal, the brain needs time to reboot without extreme stimulation. Unfortunately, most porn users don't realize what's going on until the problem is quite severe, because they naturally tend to "solve" any erectile sluggishness with more extreme porn (thus forcing the release of the dopamine needed to achieve an erection, but also further dampening the brain's natural sensitivity and their sexual responsiveness).

If there is no other problem except the above, it indicate you are not taking sufficient quantity of water. Take minimum of 3 litres of water in a day. Avoid hot and spicy food. If you move in sun a lot then increase water intake to 4 litres a day. Protect yourself from hot sun. Get your urine tested for routine examination, if any finding come back again.

I have got my menses today. The biting sensation in urine occurred only two to three days before the menses and now it is fine. What can be the issue.

Before menstruation body tries to retain its fluid and water loses that are about to occur by increasing the size of uterus which might cause pressure in bladder giving sensation of bloat and pain during urination in normal females. This is a normal premenstrual symptom nothing to worry. In case if painful urination and increased urination persist then need to rule out other causes.

I have problem of hair failing and constipation since one month. Please advice me what should I do?

Hairfall - start taking black til (seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. Avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items, too much of salt in food shud be avoided. Start avle ka murabba daily. Also have a high protien rich diet e. G. Pulses, dry fruits, black gram, ground nut etc, white of egg (if you eat egg). Also oil your hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with shirodhara with herbal oil and nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes. Home remedy for chronic constipation n flatulence- bel's pulp (bilva, aegle marmelos)- 100 gm sonf - 100 gm isabgol - 100 gm cardamom (small) - 100 gm mix all well with sugar (300 gm)- store this granulated powder well. Consume 10 gm in morning before breakfast with lukewarm water. Repeat 10 gm at night after meals with lukewarm water. I have been using deodorants from a long period of time, by the end of the day my body smells a lot, somewhat I got to know deodorants causes body to smell after its effects are over. I have left using deodorants from past 1 week but still by the evening the body Odour rises, and I sweat a lot, so kindly guide how to reduce body Odour.

Ever had that moment where you wonder if you smell, well, not so great? It happens. But you can make body odor go away. Try these six tips. 1. Keep Yourself Squeaky Clean Shower at least once a day and you'll wash away sweat as well as reduce the number of bacteria on your skin. Sweat by itself is virtually odorless. But when microscopic bacteria that live naturally on your skin mix with sweat, they multiply quickly and raise quite a stink. So washing thoroughly, especially areas prone to sweating, can reduce body odor. If you sweat normally, you might have more of a problem with body odor than people who sweat too much. That's because, when people sweat excessively, the sweat tends to wash away the odor-causing bacteria. 2. Use Antibacterial Soap Choose an antibacterial bath soap. Washing thoroughly with an antibacterial soap bar will reduce the bacteria count, in turn reducing the odor. Look for the words "antibacterial" on the soap's packaging. 3. Towel Off Thoroughly Once you've showered, be sure you dry yourself completely. Towel off and make sure you dry any areas where you sweat a lot. If your skin is dry, it's harder for bacteria that cause body odor to breed on it. 4. Apply "Industrial Strength" Deodorants or Antiperspirants Once you are clean and dry, use a strong deodorant or antiperspirant on your underarms. While deodorants do not prevent sweating, they mask the smell of bacteria on your skin. Antiperspirants contain aluminum chloride, a chemical that reduces sweating, and often also contain a deodorant. Stronger deodorants and antiperspirants are available without a prescription. Look for products that say on the label they are higher strength due to ingredients. If you think you need even more help, you may want to ask your doctor about prescription antiperspirants. Apply the deodorant or antiperspirant twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. 5. Keep Your Wardrobe Squeaky Clean Change clothes often when you're sweating heavily. Fresh clothes help keep body odor down. Be sure to change your socks as well, especially if you tend to have foot odor. Use deodorant powders in your shoes, replace insoles frequently, and go barefoot if possible. 6. Cut Out or Cut Down "Offensive" Foods or Drinks What you eat affects your body odor. Foods that tend to make you sweat more, such as hot peppers or other spicy foods, might also contribute to body odor. And the aroma of foods such as onions or garlic can be carried in the sweat, making you smell bad. Drinks with caffeine or alcohol may also cause you to sweat more.

Hello, you can take 1. Tablet crocin (paracetamol 650 mg) one tablet when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ent evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get your bp checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga and kindly get your cbc checked and review with reports and kindly give me complete history of your headache for further management like like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis.

I am 48 year old lady having good health but recently my TSH levels in blood test came very low: 0.03 I have no illness no medication, why this low TSH? all values were within normal only ESR was also high, what should I do? thanks a lot

Welcome normal TSH is 0.4 to 4.6 . Yours is low .If you are not taking any anti thyroid medicine,no complaints.-do not worry . You are diabetic. Thyroid disease is more common in diabetics. No treatment is required. Thanks.
