Hello lybrate-user, if you are allergic to lemon then try including green tea, oranges, turmeric, honey, pepper, which will also work on building our immunity, take turmeric powder and honey dissolved in a glass of warm milk, twice a day which will build immunity, you can also take Chyawanprash once a day.

Hello lybrate-user, the correct way of consuming milk is to no add anything to it as adding any thing will reduce the nutritional value, have 1 glass of warm milk before going to bed, which will also improve your sleep quality and also help in good muscle repair.

I have stretch marks in my body and few of them which are located near stomach are bigger and deep, this marks annoys me sometime like irritating and slight pain too. And recently my weight have been increased to 3-4 kilos, I think that would be the reason. please suggest me some solution to reduce my weight as well as this stretch mark issues. I do not eat much but still my weight is increasing, I think my metabolism is slow.

Hello lybrate-user, firstly stop worrying, as stress slows your metabolism and support weight gain as it disturbs your eating habits and you cannot remove stretch marks, of course when your weight reduces, the stretch marks will be less visible, have more of fruits and vegetables in your diet, have small frequent meals and do 45 minutes to 1 hour of exercise per day.

Hello, you should do exercises with increase in the protein content in you diet, have more of milk and milk products, eggs, dry fruits, lean chicken pieces.

My baby is 10 month old. He is drinking formula milk plus my milk. In day time and evening time I give him Buffalo milk. Fruits and vegetables in day time. But in night time my baby wants formula milk .His present weight is 8 .95. Is it is good to have formula milk in night time.

Yes lybrate-user, you can give formula milk in the night and if possible give more of cow milk instead of buffalo milk as the fat percentage in buffalo milk is more.
