Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

My feet pains from my ankle sole and behind my ankle just above my sole. This usually happens when I walk a lot. Pain is not that intense but I am not able to walk by bending my toes.

It may be starting of Arthritis or hardness increased in sole area. Start using flat slippers with specially very soft soles. Don't wear heels. U may take homeopathic medicine for this condition also.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

I felled down from bike and I got an injury to my right knee doctors suggested to take MRI scan I have taken and by seeing the report the doctor said me to its mandatory to make a surgery but I don't won't to make a surgery so I kindly requesting you to suggest me an another solution without a surgery to treat my knee as soon as possible Thanking you.

Mr. lybrate-user ji your knee injury is may be ligament pulled or break So if seen swelling at whole knee first do cool pack on whole around knee about 15 min. Then any pain gel aplied and then crape bandage used for immobilized tightly with some pain killers medicine or you can go to any physiotherapy center.

Your problem can be related to Muscular Spasm.Due to old age,lack of exercise ,your back muscles are weak and whilee in same posture during driving there is no movement for long,these muscle go into spasm.and hence you feel pain.After some movement these spasmed muscles becomes somebut mobile and hence pain reduces. Advice hot fomentation. Gentle stretching of hand muscles. Ball exercises. Wrist exerciser. Leg pain- for leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.
