Make a paste out of all of cucumbers and tomatoes and apply as a face mask. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with some cool water. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result youll feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat.

Drastic diet plans will make you only look lethargic and undernourished. The weight loss indian diet should contain foods that will boost the metabolic rate of the body and at the same time add less calories. Some of the weight loss indian foods that can be included in a diet plan are given below 1. Brown rice most of the indians use white rice as their staple diet and it is rich in carbohydrate. Brown rice has more nutritional value and has a lower glycemic index than the white rice. Brown rice has more fiber and makes you feel fuller even when you eat less quantity. 2. Cucumbers there are different varieties of cucumbers available in india which is excellent for weight reduction diet. They are rich in water content and have very low calorie in them. They help to fill your stomach without adding extra calories in the diet. 3. Garlic garlic should be included in any weight loss diet as they reduce the appetite. It also reduces the cholesterol in the body and helps to maintain blood sugar level. They are very effective in preventing cardiovascular diseases and cancer. 4. Whole grains whole grains are rich in fiber and have low fat. Whole grains contain protein, minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and phytochemicals which are needed for maintaining good health. 5. Nuts and seeds nuts like peanuts and almonds and seeds like pumpkin seeds and flax seeds help to reduce bad cholesterol and improve the level of good cholesterol. They are rich in omega three fatty acids. 6. Fish if you are a non-vegetarian, you can include fish in your diet 2-3 days a week. They are excellent sources of protein and omega 3 fatty acids. To achieve weight reduction, avoid the use of fried fish. Sardines, anchovies, tuna, mackerel etc are the best choices. 7. Low- calorie fruits and vegetables apart from the above items you can also use various low-calorie vegetables and fruits in the indian diet to lose weight. Vegetables such as bell peppers, cabbage, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes have very low calories. Low-calorie fruits for weight loss include lemons, grapes, apple, pears, oranges, plums, strawberries, watermelon, etc. 8. Healthy spices spices also contribute to weight reduction to a certain extent. You can include cinnamon, cloves, cumin seeds, ginger, mustard seeds, turmeric and black pepper in various food preparations for weight loss. For a good and glowing skin, take a proper sleep, lot of water, green vegetables and fresh fruits. Avoid sunrays without wearing a sunscreen. Wear a broad hat or cover your face whenever you step out in the sun. Apply good quality broad spectrum sunscreen.

Yes , u can reduce your belly by changing your eating habits. When you eat healthier, belly fat is one of the first places you will lose weight. Eat moderate amount of dark chocolates daily. Sprinkle black pepper over your food. Have whole grains, oats, instead of white flour, bread, rice, pasta. Drink green tea Eat walnuts DO NOT drink fizzy diet drinks.

There is a possibility of infection. I would advice you to insert Cansoft-CL vaginal pessaries daily in the vagina for three consecutive nights and see if that helps.

I had excessive sweating on 18 Aug, tmy night dress and bed sheet were dripping. I was told to take paracetamol on occurrence of fever. I am still having very low fever off and on but very severe debility and traveling ache in joints, shoulders etc. What is it? Any medicine?

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and Get your blood checked for cbc, mp, widal,sgpt and urine r/m and follow up with reports.

I pills are emergency contraceptive pills, should be avoided for use on regular basis. If taken within 72 hours may provide protection against pregnancy, maximum effectiveness in first 24 hours I pills may cause irregular menstrual bleeds, nausea or vomiting as side effects.

Heart attack is due to blocked blood supply to the heart which can occur due to spontaneous blood clot or due to chronic formation of cholesterol plaques in the blood vessels supplying the heart. The symptoms of heart attack are: constricting pain the chest in the midline or on the left side of the chest and may get directed or radiated towards the left shoulder or neck or the left arm and left hand. It is accompanied by profuse sweating. It may be accompanied by nausea or vomiting but not always. The person who gets a heart attack gets very anxious. Prompt treatment and urgent hospital consultation is required if a heart attack is suspected.
