When there is a most possibility to get pregnant with respect to mensuration cycle? Is it safe to do sex during periods?

Yes you can have sex even during menstruation, it will be little messy but it can be managed easily. No need to take ipill or any form of contraception if you have sex during menses as you can not get pregnant, during that time. If a women’s menstrual cycle varies from 26days to 31days cycle, The shortest cycle (26days) minus18days=8th day. The longest cycle (31days) minus 10days=21st day Thus, 8th to 21st day of each cycle counting from first day of menstrual period is considered as fertile period. That is UNSAFE PERIOD. Period other than this fertile period in a menstrual cycle is considered as SAFE PERIOD.

What is labour pain? When it comes during pregnancy? How it can be known? What precautions to be followed?
Labour pain starts around 37 to 40 weeks of pregnancy (8.5 to 9 months). It starts with pain in lower tummy and associated with the hardening of the uterus. Pain can radiate to the back. Another most important symptom is passage of thick sticky fluid through vagina. If you have any of these two you should report immediately to the hospital.

As much as we take a dip in the bucket of blues and sing happy- sad songs to float and fall for the theorem of love; we are but orderlies to the emotion. Irrespective of perpetual disillusionment, one must try and remain in love.

  1. Put in efforts to look good: In any case, ‘beauty indeed lies in the eyes of the beholder’, but finding yourself pretty is extremely important. Hi. Local irritation, itching, burning, white or curdy discharge etc esp following intercourse is indicative of bacterial and /or fungal infections. Please have both yourselves screened for HIV, VDRL, vaginal swab culture and urine culture before getting advice on antibiotics. Local hygiene is very important for both of you to prevent repeated infection and to conceive. Best wishes.

Pregnancy has to be ruled out first if you are not using any contraceptive method. If you cannot do a home pregnancy test, you can get it done in a lab. Bloating in abdomen and chest pain could be due to acidity and indigestion. Maintain regular eating schedule and try to get proper sleep.

Hi have jeera water in the empty stomach, dont skip your breakfast, have boiled and cooled water, devoid of old, cold eatables, have early dinner, take syp gycon 2tsp \10ml twice a day for one month if symptoms wont reduce go for the usg -to rule out adenomyosis, endrometrsis, cyst.

Ovulation generally occurs mid cycle, this is the most fertile time period which will be around day 10 of your cycle till day 20 if you have regular cycle.

Cycle Synchronization

It is necessary to synchronize the menstrual cycles of the surrogate and the intended parent in order to obtain mature eggs and embryos and transfer these back into a perfectly prepared endometrium (uterine lining) to maximize the chances of pregnancy success. This is done using a variety of hormonal manipulations .We will determine which technique will work best for each circumstance. Once both women’s (surrogate and intended parent) ovarian function is suppressed and their cycles synchronized, they can begin the process of preparing for pregnancy.

Hormonal Therapy

On about the same day, the surrogate and intended parent will begin hormonal therapies to prepare the appropriate target for pregnancy success. The surrogate will begin taking estrogen to stimulate endometrial (uterine lining) growth and the intended parent will begin taking FSH to stimulate egg production. These treatments are monitored with ultrasound and blood estrogen levels until the eggs are ready to be retrieved and the uterus is ready to accept an embryo. Usually these treatments will take approximately two to three weeks and require five office visits for ultrasounds and blood tests.

Subsequently IVF and embryo transfer is done.

Pregnancy Success!

In successful cycles, the hormonal supplements are continued through the first trimester (12 weeks) of the pregnancy. Once the first trimester is completed and the placenta has matured to the point where it can provide for all the hormonal needs of the pregnancy, no further supplements are required. We will monitor blood levels of estrogen and progesterone at the end of the first trimester and taper off the hormone supplements gradually. Once the hormone supplements are stopped, the rest of the pregnancy is indistinguishable from any other pregnancy!

Any exercises that reduce your belly or mid section fat can help you with pcod. Yoga positions and cardio exercises are best types. In addition, drink plenty of water. You can google or search on YouTube.

You have read correct, the pill will cause both irregular bleeding within 7 days, and delay in the cycle by 7-14 days. Any delay beyond 14 days, you have to confirm by pregcolor urine test.

Hello, though there is no direct relation between fish / fish products and menstruation but high cholesterol foods can actually cause increased insulin resistance and can make the cycle irregular. So if you are affected by fish products then you should be avoiding their usage.

Hi since you r retaining milk may be in the left breast you need to take out your milk first second take care of your self and if fever increases or pain increases then you need to show it to a surgeon near by there is a possibility that you will develop abscess that means pus .it happens with mothers those who breast feed. So do not worry for pain you can have tab paracetamol 650 mg twice a day .for fever also the same. Take care.

Foods That Boost Your Metabolism Naturally!!

Foods that you must eat to gear up your metabolism and they will help you lose weight:

  1. Protein rich foods: Protein rich foods, such as meat, fish, eggs, dairy, legumes, nuts and seeds, could help increase your metabolism for a few hours. They do so by requiring your body to use more energy to digest them. This is known as the thermic effect of food (TEF). The TEF refers to the number of calories needed by your body to digest, absorb and process the nutrients in your meals. Research shows that protein-rich foods increase TEF the most. Protein-rich diets also reduce the drop in metabolism often seen during weight loss by helping your body hold on to its muscle mass. What’s more, protein may also help keep you fuller for longer, which can prevent overeating.
  2. Iron, zinc and selenium rich foods: Iron, zinc and selenium each play different but equally important roles in the proper function of your body. However, they do have one thing in common: all three are required for the proper function of your thyroid gland, which regulates your metabolism. Research shows that a diet too low in iron, zinc or selenium may reduce the ability of your thyroid gland to produce sufficient amounts of hormones. This can slow down your metabolism. To help your thyroid function to the best of its ability, include zinc, selenium and iron rich foods like meat, legumes, nuts and seeds in your daily menu.
  3. Chilli peppers: Capsaicin, a chemical found in Chilli peppers, may boost your metabolism by increasing the number of calories and fat you burn. Capsaicin may have appetite-reducing properties.
  4. Coffee: Studies report that the caffeine found in coffee can help increase metabolic rate by up to 11%. Furthermore, caffeine may also help your body burn fat for energy and seems especially effective at boosting your workout performance. However, its effects seem to vary from person to person, based on individual characteristics such as body weight and age.
  5. Tea: According to research, the combination of caffeine and catechins that’s found in tea may work to boost your metabolism. In particular, both oolong and green tea may increase metabolism by 4–10%. This could add up to burning an extra 100 calories per day. In addition, oolong and green teas may help your body use stored fat for energy more effectively, increasing your fat-burning ability by up to 17%. Nevertheless, as is the case with coffee, effects may vary from person to person.
  6. Legumes and pulses: Legumes and pulses, such as lentils, peas, chickpeas, beans and peanuts, are particularly high in protein compared to other plant foods. Studies suggest that their high protein content requires your body to burn a greater number of calories to digest them, compared to lower-protein foods. Legumes also contain a good amount of dietary fiber, such as resistant starch and soluble fiber, which your body can use to feed the good bacteria living in your intestines. Legumes are also high in arginine, an amino acid that may increase the amount of carbs and fat your body can burn for energy. In addition, peas and lentils also contain substantial amounts of the amino acid glutamine, which may help increase the number of calories burned during digestion.
  7. Metabolism boosting spices: Certain spices are thought to have particularly beneficial metabolism-boosting properties. For instance, research shows that dissolving 2 grams of ginger powder in hot water and drinking it with a meal may help you burn up to 43 more calories than drinking hot water alone. This hot ginger drink also seems to decrease levels of hunger and enhance feelings of satiety. Similarly, adding cayenne pepper to your meal may increase the amount of fat your body burns for energy, especially following a high-fat meal. However, this fat-burning effect may only apply to people unaccustomed to consuming spicy foods. 
  8. Apple cider vinegar: Apple cider vinegar may increase your metabolism. In one study, mice given vinegar experienced an increase in the AMPK enzyme, which prompts the body to decrease fat storage and increase fat burning. In another study, obese rats treated with vinegar experienced an increase in the expression of certain genes, leading to reduced liver fat and belly fat storage. Apple cider vinegar help you lose weight in other ways, such as slowing stomach emptying and enhancing feelings of fullness. If you’d like to give apple cider vinegar a try, be careful to limit your daily consumption to two tablespoons (30 ml).
  9. Coconut Oil: Coconut oil is experiencing a surge in popularity. That may be partly because coconut oil is high in medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). This is contrary to most other types of fats, which usually contain higher amounts of long-chain fatty acids. Unlike long-chain fats, once MCTs are absorbed, they go directly to the liver to be turned into energy. This makes them less likely to be stored as fat. In addition, researchers report that a daily intake of 30 ml of coconut oil may successfully reduce waist size in obese individuals. 
  10. Water: Drinking enough water is a great way to stay hydrated. Additionally, it seems that drinking water may also temporarily boost metabolism by 24–30%. About 40% of that increase may come from your body trying to match the water’s temperature to its own. Yet, the effects only seem to last for 60–90 minutes after drinking it and may vary from one person to another. Ultra sonography report: normal in shape & size with protuberant nipple there are no sub - areolarductal dilatation. Parenchymal echo-textures appear to be homogenous. Reveals few, more or less, well defined cystic s. O. L of varying sizes in both the breasts. Cyst in right lower outer quadrant: 0.61cm*0.27cm. Cyst in left upper inner quardrant: 0.80cm*0.74cm. Cyst in let lower outer quadrant: 1.24cm*1.26 cmcm. Another ill-definedhypoechoic s. O. L of size (1.21cm*0.72cm) is also seen in right upper outer quadrant. Thereare no axillary lymphadenopathy. Impression: breast cyst (bilateral) s. O. Lin right breast.

Please mention the symptoms. If pain in breast , is there any relation between pain breast and menstrual cycle i.e. pain is more during pre-menstrual phase. As per ultrasound findings Bilateral breast cysts are likely to benign breast disease or fibrocystic disease of breast, nothing to worry if symptomatic then require treatment. For SOL in rt. upper outer quadrant : If palpable go for FNAC. If not Palpable then ultrasound guided FNAC.

Hello, you may take tab meprate 10mg twice a day from day 22 of your cycle daily to delay your menses.
