. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. Take rest. Don't lift weight with that hand. Apply ice pack 5 times daily for 10 minutes every time on shoulder. If you don't feel better in 2 days then you will need medicines.

You could be suffering from painful arc syndrome which is quite common in this age. You can do hot fermentation 3-4 times a day along with some pendular exercises at home.

I got swelled when hit by anything, even small impact could make me swell and sometime even severe trauma couldn't. This swelling spread on the whole organ like getting hit on for head whole face get swelled. Is there any solution to this?

Kindly have blood tests like bt, ct & prothrombin time. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi , please elaborate your problem with me so that I can help you. For eg. Time and type of pain etc. Advice:-apply cold pack or ice bag{pouch) on your back for 10 mins. Hello lybrate user, look at what is causing you that knee pain, - any swelling around knee noticed before? - it's not an age to get arthritis, as you got better to control it naturally with right food habits and lifestyle - always have freshly made warm food - avoid sour foods like curds, cheese, paneer, cold foods or water - make sure you have hb in normal range and your menstrual cycles are normal. - to relive the pain and strengthen the joint apply ksheerabala taila or ashwagandha bala taila and do hot fomentation for 15 min daily - alternative days apply warm paste of dry ginger powder on the knees and leave for 15 min and then wash with warm water - internally you can take kbl 101 capsules 2-0-2 before food for 15 days. Sir/ma'am, Despite ACL and PCL ligament injury in my left leg, I can walk properly and even I can run. So, is it OK if I'll do my ligament surgery after 4 yrs? ACL and PCL injuries don't cause pain. The earlier j get surgery done, it is better or else you r predisposed to arthritis at an early age.
