Avoid spicy and fried food. Have simple easily digestible food, fruits and green leafy vegetables Try Omeprazaole 20 mg daily for 10 days and a 7 days course of Oflaxacine and Ornidazole Tablets. If no relief this may be Functional Bowel Syndrome see a Consulting Physician or Gastro enterologist

Since I moved into hostel one and a half years back I have been having slight stomach problems like diarrhoea or gas but these few months these problems are getting more frequent. I pass a lot of gas and feel bloated though I don't suffer from constipation. What should I do?

1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 8. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 9. Take unienzyme 1 tablet thrice daily after food for few days.

Normally fatty liver over the years to some extent is more or less normal unless you have fatty liver due to abuse or overuse of alcohol consumption take balanced diet with plenty of leafy vegetables, cereals, lean meat instead of red meat. Have lean meat like chicken, fish, eggs, and lots of fruits avoid junk food. Zgo for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. It will be ok.

No, she needs the surgery. Diabetics have greater risk of getting infection in coexistence of cholelithiasis. Plan a surgery soon beside a strict sugar control. Avoid fatty diets

Improve your diet and meal schedule 1. Take 2/3 glasses of warm water in the morning 2. Go for morning walk for 30 mts 3. Take meals regularly at fixed hrs 4. No fried/ no spicy/ no junk/ no fast food 5. Take less milk/ no salad 6. Take curd 7. Have good sound sleep for 6- 8 hrs 8. Eat simple bland diet 9. Can have some fruits 10 take more water during day. 11. No alcohol 12. No smoking 13. Try for 15 days and report.

Did you know that too much acidity in your body can cause pain, weight gain, fatigue, and other health problems? Or, that high protein “weight loss” diets can be harmful to your health due to their high levels of acidity? Even glands and organs can be impaired from excess acidity in your diet and lifestyle , here are 10 ways to conquer excess acidity to start feeling great:

1. Buy a Sack of Lemons
If you run only one errand today, make it a trip to your local health food or grocery store to buy a sack of lemons. Yes, a sack. Once you get home, squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a tall glass of water and drink immediately. This one step will help you to quickly reset your body chemistry.

2. Load Up on H2O
Drink at least 8 more cups of water throughout the day, preferably with lemon juice added to each. Lemon juice breaks down acid waste in your body and restores your blood and tissues to slightly alkaline levels.

3. Breathe Deeply
Take a few deep breaths. Oxygen will not only energize your brain but it will quickly help to balance the chemistry of your cells — and healthier cells mean a healthier body.

4. Take a Walk
Boost your oxygen levels even further by bundling up and heading out for a brisk walk. Exercise helps to quickly oxygenate your body. More oxygen in your blood means its better equipped to nourish every organ and tissue, which increases energy, mental clarity and moods.

5. Turn to Peppermint Tea

8. Smoothie Nation
Enjoy a delicious smoothie instead of a sugary snack or breakfast. Start with some almond milk and add frozen berries, half a frozen banana and a heaping teaspoon of green powder like barley juice, spirulina, wheatgrass, or other green food supplement.

9. Go Green
Eat at least one large salad a day but be sure to avoid store-bought dressings full of rancid oils, preservatives, additives, and sugar.

10. Take a Cue from Vegetarians

No smoking and alcohol. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Dear Yakub You are obviously suffering from hyper-acidity and indigestion. Eat your food slowly and chew it throughly before swallowing. Make sure you are avoiding all spicy, oily, stale, packaged, chilli food for atleast a month or untill this issue is resolved. Eat fresh vegetables and fruit. Give up non veg till your health improves. regards

You need to go on a diet of 2000 Kcal per day and increase your exercise. Stop all sugar intake (use Sugar free, equals, splenda) to sweeten your tea/coffee, eat only two chappati / slices of bread with each meal, or one bowl of rice. Fill your tummy with fruits like Papaya, apple and guava, or salads like cucumber, lettuce. You can eat any amount of vegetables cooked in small amounts of oil. Take the white of two boiled eggs every day and white meat like fist / chicken, also cooked in very small amount of oil. Please maintain a diary for his daily intake and go for a run / walk for 45 min every day. A sachet of EZLAX at night with water should ensure a good bowel movement next morning. Recent onset constipation should be investigated by a colonoscopy

I am 35 years of age. Whenever I eat food which has used green chillies in it I feel burning sensation in my stomach. Also I have vomiting sensation since few days. I am taking zofer tablet to avoid this sensation. Is it recommended or nor.

Dear lybrate user the foods which are more spicy including chilli produce more gastric irritation leads burning sensation. So avoid such foods and adopt soft and light foods including green leefy vegetables. In order to control this condition take avipattikar choornam 1 tsp with warm water 3tms before evry meals.

You can take 1. Tablet meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, dalia, chapatti pain is on which side of abdomen? also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion, burning sensation in chest etc. Are present or not? kindly tell me your symptoms so that I can help you better I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1. Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2. Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5. Avoid excessive tea, coffee 6.
