Hello, Take Hamamelis Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water every 2 hrly - to be taken during the menses. And rest of days, take Five Phos. and Alfaalfa Tonic. Take them thrice daily for 20 days and revert me back for further guidance. Take care.

I wanna know whether I m pregnant or not.I had intercourse last week , and my periods date was 2nd March was missed that, at that time , after intercourse I had no periods afters 2 days.I usually had periods long for 7,8 days but this time it last for 3 days only.

When was period ? If your last intercourse was not within Day 10 and day 18 of your cycles,mostly you are not going to become pregnant & again if your previous cycles are regular .Or else,if your next cycle delays by 1week, go for a urine pregnancy test .Keep your fingers crossed n gud luck.

How to lose breast fat with home remedies?

There are many home remedies that can help to reduce breast fat. Unlike prescription drugs, they don’t cause any side effects and since they make use of household ingredients, you can prepare them anytime at your kitchen shelf.

Here are some remedies for losing breast fat:

Flaxseeds – Flaxseeds have a very high amount of omega-3 fatty acids which help to reduce the level of estrogen in the body. With less estrogen in the body, the breast size is reduced. Tip – just mix a tablespoon of ground flaxseeds in a glass of hot water and drink it once daily. 
 

Fenugreek – Fenugreek seeds can help to tone the breasts and make them look smaller. Just soak 3 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds overnight and grind them in a grinder to obtain a smooth paste. Apply the paste on your breasts and rinse with water after 10 minutes. Do this twice a week for smaller breasts. 
 

Ginger tea – Ginger helps to speed up the metabolism of the body and burn all the excess fat. Breasts are composed of adipose fatty tissue and this too gets burnt when the fats in the body are burnt. Boil 1½ cup of water in a pan and add a tablespoon of ginger root to it. Simmer for 5 minutes. Strain the liquid and sip it as tea. You may add a teaspoon of honey for added benefits. One cup of ginger tea every day is enough for reducing breast fat.

How To Stop Worrying And Start Living

Worrying slows you down and only makes you dumb. It takes away your usual smartness and leaves you with lot of unwanted negativity. Besides, it makes your look older and your hair whiter! However, it is not easy to stop worrying as we worry about everything and for everyone. What we don't realise is that worrying has seldom achieved anything.

Here few things you can do to keep worrying at bay.

1. Postpone your worries to a specific time of the day - There is no point in worrying about something all day long. Not only does it affect your other work, it also affects your mind. Having said that, worrying can be helpful too. One might find a great solution, just with a little bit of pondering over the topic. So don't shun the worry, instead set aside a time to think about what is worrying you. Not only will it not gnaw on you mind all day, but you too can give it a constructive time when your mind is free of other preoccupations.

2. Use here and now techniques - Always try to remind yourself of what you should do “in this place”, “ at this time”, and focus on the activity or task you need to complete at that hour of the day.

3. Question your act of worrying - Evaluate the amount of time spend on worrying, how worrying is going to help you, how it can solve your problems or for that matter, the problems of others and in what better ways you could have spent the same time.

4. Relax yourself - Worrying can cause anxiety and tension which maintains the preoccupation and blocks the rational thinking process. So relax yourself. Use some systematic relaxation techniques or spend some time on any entertaining activity which relaxes you. Even having a casual chat or coffee along with your friend can be helpful.

5. Identify your negative thoughts - Try to identify the negative thoughts that arise in you which maintains the intensity of your worries. Challenge these negative thoughts and try to replace it with thoughts of hope and success

6. Develop problem solving skills: try to put your worries into a statement which describes the real core problem, brainstorm to find all the available solutions. Try to analyze the available solutions and choose the one that suits you the best. Start the solution at the earliest.

7. Develop acceptance - Many issues which you worry about may be the ones which are not in your control or even sometimes not your problem at all. Develop the tendency to accept that all issues will not be under your control at all times.

8. Prepare yourself to Wait - In case of worries about issues where uncertainty prevail, prepare yourself to wait till a concrete status I arrived at just like waiting for examination results.

9. Develop trust worthy friends - Good and trustworthy friends can help you in distracting your thoughts from the preoccupation with your worries and sometimes even provide effective solutions to the problems. Just sharing your worries with your friends may by itself give you some relief. Be careful not to engage with friend who would further add on to your confusion.

10. Seek help - if you feel that you are finding it difficult to come out of this vicious circle of worrying, don’t hesitate to meet a professional who can help you the resolve the problem

Hello- start sesame seeds 1 tsp twice before meals. Use a little bit of asfoetida (heeng) along with eat. Eat fiber rich diet and keep your bowels clean specially before menses. Practice kapalbhati, it promotes easy flow of blood during menses.

First of all buy a Urine Pregnancy Test kit from a chemist immediately and use it to confirm if you are pregnant. 1. If the test is positive i.e. if you are pregnant see a gynecologist. 2. If the test is negative i.e. if you are not pregnant, wait for one more week. You may get your menses by then; if not repeat UPT.

For sex to have less pain, you must do lot of foreplay. Your erection will happen even after touching her or seeing her boobs and curves but she will need time for her vagina to get secretions and getting wet to allow your organ to enter peacefully and firmly. Only her arousal to full extent will make this less painful. It is your duty to suck and press her so much that she would demand your dick with wide legs. Then this is less painful, enjoying and relaxing act with many once mores√√√

It is quite possible. As long as you're an appropriate candidate for a vaginal birth after a cesarean, also known as a vbac, there's a good chance you'll succeed. Of course, your chances of success are higher if the reason for your prior c-section isn't likely to be an issue this time around. For example, a woman who has already had an easy vaginal delivery and then had a c-section when her next baby was breech is much more likely to have a successful vbac than one who had a c-section after being fully dilated and pushing for three hours with her first baby who was small and properly positioned.

Hello doctor, I am 31 years old and I am facing endometriosis problem from the last six years and till now I am not pregnant. I am to going to ivf and doctor did my IUI on 7th March 2017 and gave me susten 200 mg capsule to put in vagina for 15 days. Today is my 15 day and I checked my urine and negative result. My last period came 23rd feb 2017. please clear my doubt that I can be pregnant or not and may I stop susten 200 mg capsule or continue. Any chances of pregnancy or not. If I stop these medicine then when will my period start. Please help me.

If you are not pregnant, you should be getting your periods somewhere around in next few days, as regards pregnancy, you would need to wait atleast a week to 10 days before the urine pregnancy test can confirm on this. You may continue susten until then. Yes till the time you don't get your periods chances of being pregnant remains.

Dark chocolate not only benefits the heart and has lots of other health benefits too:
- cocoa and dark chocolate have a wide variety of powerful antioxidants, way more than most other food
- the bioactive compounds in cocoa can improve blood flow in the arteries and cause a small but statistically significant decrease in blood pressure.
- dark chocolate improves several important risk factors for disease. It lowers the susceptibility of ldl to oxidative damage while increasing hdl and improving insulin sensitivity.
- studies show that the flavanols from cocoa can improve blood flow to the skin and protect it against sun-induced damage.

But of course, this doesn't mean you should go all out and consume lots of chocolate every day. It is still loaded with calories and easy to overeat on. Maybe have a square after dinner and try to really savor them.

Be aware that a lot of the chocolate available in the market is not good. You need to choose quality stuff; organic, dark chocolate with 70% or higher cocoa content.
