When? any injury or swelling? if so give hot water fomentation. Also massage the knee cap area with an oil. Give pressure at the hollow point inside, opposite to the knee cap. Repeat 20 times at a time. You should be alright in 4 days

I am having thyroid problem after marriage[before 2years]. My tsh is varying. Many times it was less than 0.5. And two times without any medicines it goes to >100. So now I am using thyronorm 50mcg. After using this tab for one month now it is 7.9. Does it varies like this. I am also having pcos. No children yet. Should I go to gynae or endocrinologist doctor. Please suggest.

IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consult doctor on time.

A migraine is a headache that causes a distinct pulsating pain, usually in one side of the head. It is different from normal headaches in the sense that the pain is much more intense and it may be accompanied by nausea or vomiting as well. Some patients have also complained about light sensitivity while others have also complained about pain in all areas of the head.

Some of the factors that separate a migraine from a normal headache are as follows:

Causes Behind Migraines

- Change in air pressure due to change in altitude may also cause migraines to appear

1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

Pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle, day of ovulation when ovum is released from ovary of woman. That is why couple should have 12 to 24 cycles of unprotected sex around time of ovulation before going to Gynecologist or infertility specialist for further evaluation and advise. For other complaints It needs detailed medical history, clinical examination, looking at old reports and may be take out some new reports before you can be advised so meet Gynecologist.

Hello, As your menses have been irregular so you have to opt for ovulation kits to check for your ovulation period, starting from day 1 of your cycle and daily till the result shows positive.

Wash your face with cold water reagularly 4-5 times a day. Use alovera extract to clean your face, no cream only alovera extract. Use fruit pack take 1pc carrot, 1pc tomato, 1pc apple, 1pc papaya grind it mixed some honey few drops of lemon juice. Apply on your face, arm,neck. Leave it for 30 min. Wash face. Do it 3-4 times a week. Use atta for cleansing purpose, use cold cow milk as a cleansing purpose, at night clean your face with cold cow milk. This is called phobia. Internal frustration and internal frustrated thoughts are main cause of phobia. Some cases past incidents and past bad memories are also one of the cause of phobia. Express internal frustrated thoughts to your close friends and family members. Do not think about past incidents. Stress may also cause for increase your sugar level. Better to stress management techniques. Relaxing so much of time. Eating new food items. Visiting new places, spending most of the time with friends. Joyful environment. Create your own recreation channel. Take good diet. Do not eat night time food. Beaway of sugar content food. Take precautions even tea and coffee. Walk more time. Take regular medicine for sugar. Diet control and walking is more important for sugar patents. Most of the time do not think sugar level. Feel always comfortable. Three months if you take precautions sugar level automatically. Come down. Maintain good relations with others. Be sociable. Be happy all time. Do not sit alone. Be share each and everything to others. Best of luck.

Hi. Medication:-1. Tab Obesidat -1 tab twice a day before food. 2. Triphala juice-10 ml with warm water daily before food twice a day Tips:- 1. No salt intake after 7: 30 pm 2. No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3. Restrict mango and banana. 4. Restrict potato and rice. 5. No artificial juices. 6. Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8. Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9. Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10. Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11. Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. 12. Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. 13. Consume minimum eight glasses of water a day. 14.“Early to bed and early to rise” should be strictly followed. Sleeping Late night should be strictly avoided. 15. Have fruits only in the noon time. Avoid fruits consumption in the night (occasionally can be taken before dinner). 16. Stop intake of milk during bed time. 17. Bathing should be before food intake only. 18. Tea, milk intake should be twice a day preferably morning and evening. Coffee intake should be strictly avoided.

Hi, try having warm lemon water with honey every morning. Below tips could help you start your weight-loss journey. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have at least one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Share your weight-loss journey with a family member or friend so that you are accountable to each other. 11. Green tea at least once a day will help you boost your metabolism 12. Sleep helps in repair and regulating your hormones. Sleep atleast 8 hours in a day. 13. Have fruits at least twice a day.
