1.Take bland diet, Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and Junk food 2 Eat and drink slowly. 3.Avoid carbonated Drink, Beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5.Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean , peas, lentil, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli,mushroom,whole wheat bread 6. . Avoid stress, anxiety 7.stop smoking 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9.Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10.Take unienzyme 1 tablet thrice daily after food for few days. 11. get your stool examined and consult doctor/me for further advice

Please visit multispeciality hospital with dental treatment facility so that any medical problem will be take care properly if by chance it occur. And get few blood test done - bt, ct, inr ratio, hb%, cbc and factor viii assay. If you are medically fit and reports are in normal range then I don't think there will be any issue.

Hello lybrate user, back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid cruntches or sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to slip disc. Always maintain a healthy lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: try to avoid pain killers (analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay healthy. Stay happy god bless you.

You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take gokshur tablets of himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones. 8. You can also take neeri syrup 1-2 table spoon with a glass of water at least for 1 month.

Unhealthy eating habits, sedentary lifestyle, stress, anxiety and inactivity gives an open invitation to coronary heart diseases. Following yoga poses will help you in good blood circulation and a positive mind.

1) pranayama - pranayama involves various breathing which improves blood circulation that is the key to healthy heart. Practice pranayams like anulom vilom, bhastrika, kapalbhati, bahya and nadi shodhan to removes artery blockages and flush out toxins.

2) setu bandhasana (bridge pose) - it is a therapeutic pose for people with high blood pressure. The pose opens up the chest and helps in improved blood circulation throughout the body.

3) bhujangasana (cobra pose) - this yoga posture increases the stretch to the chest and requires more strength and stamina.

4) dhanurasan (bow pose) - the pose is stimulating and stretches the whole body. The bow pose opens and strengthens the heart region.

5) ardha chakrasana (standing backward bend) - it improves heart function and regulates blood pressure, improves respiratory problems, cures uterus problems, stimulates the abdominal organs and aids in digestion.

6) uttanasana (standing forward bend) - this pose challenges your heart to regulate the blood flow hence regulating the overall heart health.

7) janu sirsasana (head-to-knee forward bend) - this seated forward bend pose brings the head lower than the heart. The pose helps in heart rate reduction and allows the system to rest.

The yoga poses mentioned above are some of the most beneficial poses for a healthy heart. However, patients with heart diseases should avoid poses like some surya namaskar, sarwangasana, halasana, shirshasana (head stand) and its variations viz. Fast breathing. Vaman dhouti and shankha prakshalana (laghoo/purna).

Dear you should follow my these instructions seriously to make life free of depression -. * on getting up every morning, just stand in front of mirror and say you are happy and you can do anything. By saying these words, you get positive energy about yourself and that makes you feel better. * in morning and evening, take a little time for meditation. You just have to sit in a peaceful place, close your eyes and take long breaths in and out. While breathing just concentrate on breathing only and do it for atleast 10-15 minutes daily. * when ever anything make you feel stressed, do not try to hide it. Just go to your parents or the nearest person you trust most and talk to him/her about the problem and discuss it very clearly. It will solve the problem and make you feel that you are not alone in the world. *join the charity functions and help those persons which are so poor and can not afford their meal and other daily routine things. Helping other make you feel inspired and boost your confidence level. * go to the temple or any nearest religious place who you believe daily. Going to that place daily give you positive energy and bless your life by the grace of god. Apply these things in your life and I assure you that you feel that your life have changed completelyy and you live your life with full confidence.

If she has difficulty in passing urine leading to recurrent urinary tract infections the best treatment is intermittent self catheterisation using a sterile technique. I would advise you to see a urologist so that this can be explained further.

Eat 1-3 garlic cloves or take garlic oil capsule daily. Apply a paste of cinnamon and lime juice daily to the affected area. Apply coconut or olive oil instead of mustard oil. drink plenty of fluids...do yoga daily.

Hello, welcome to lybrate. a sound sleep leads to a sound mind, its good to see that you want to consult about your sleep issues, as most of the people just neglect it. Healthy sleep is considered to be a 6-8 hour sleep at night without frequent awakenings at night. Sleep disturbances can be caused by multiple factors such as stress; emotional disturbances; poor general condition; substance use such as smoke, alcohol; medications for some other conditions; work shifts etc. Hence to find out the exact cause and nature of sleep disturbance a detailed assessment is required. Sleep disturbances can be managed by simple measures by adopting sleep hygiene to use of sedative-hypnotic agents such as benzodiazepines, but the mode of intervention will depend on the severity and cause. Hence if you want to seek a detailed assessment and management of your sleep problem, do consult me.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.
