Symptoms of Diabetes:

The symptoms are diabetes as under:
1) Polyuria : Excessive urine formation
2) Polydipsia ; Excessive thirst
3) Weight loss
4) Delayed wound healing

This symptoms are seen in full blown cases where blood sugar levels are very high . All cases od diabetes may not show this symptoms. These symptoms are produces mainly diabetic patient excrete lot of glucose in their urine. In fact the name diabetes means sweet urine.

I am diabetic since last years. My present age is 55 years with 65 kgs. Weight. At present my fasting glucose level is normally 115-125 and pp is 170-200 without medicine. I take 1 year cetapin 500 two times and aztor 20 one time. At present without medicine and take green tea tulsi in original. I am walking for 45-60 minutes weekly 5 days. Please suggest if I take medicine or not.

Please understand diabetes occurs because of lack of insulin. Oral anti diabetic drugs promote either insulin secretion or reduce resistance to it's action. Plus insulin injection is required if there's severe lack of it. No other treatment is there. So you have to take medications.

If you have confirmed diabetes, then treatment with antidiabetic medicine is a must, which I am sure must be on. Please tell me what are current fasting and pp sugar levels and hba1c%, because unless diabetes (blood sugar levels) is under excellent control it is difficult to avoid long term problems of various complications. As regards" eating everything" for a diabetic person there will always be restrictions in food intake like avoiding sweets, direct sugar, deep fried foods and certain fruits like mango, chikoo, banana & grapes. Even your food intake has to in relation to body's requirement based on ideal body weight. (ideal body weight = height in cms - 100 x 0.9 = kgs). If you are a sedentary type of person then calories allowed would be 25 kcal /kg / day. So far a diabetic person restricted food intake is the only choice.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet crocin (paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis Consult physician for further management

Maintain Your Sexual Hygiene

One of the things that we were always told about in school was the importance of hygiene. Washing our hands properly after eating, brushing our teeth twice a day, wearing clean clothes are just some practices we were taught. Our desire and need to maintain personal hygiene is one of the things that makes us human. Maintaining proper sexual hygiene is also important, as failure to do so can result in infections.

Additionally, poor sexual hygiene can result in you turning off your partner which will create an embarrassing situation for the both of you. Here are some tips that will help you have a healthy and happy sex life:

Dress fresh/ wash daily your undergarments

One of the foremost pieces of advice for member of both sexes is to always wear fresh and clean undergarments. You should always try and avoid wearing undergarments that are drenched in sweat. This can occur particularly after you work out; you just have to change out of your sweaty undies, even if the sweat has dried it can create a breeding ground for bacteria and make your private parts vulnerable to infection.

In addition, sweat can block the skin pores on your private parts, causing folliculitis, which are inflamed and infected hair follicles. Another important thing to keep in mind is that you should always leave a good amount of space for breathing room and ventilation. Men should avoid wearing tight underwear, particularly briefs (v-cut ones). You should switch to briefs or boxer shorts for more comfort. Also cotton is a far better choice than other synthetic materials, since it s comfortable and porous.

Don t hold nature's call

Whenever you feel the urge to relieve yourself, don t hold it in. Urinating helps clean out bacteria in the urinary tract. If you force yourself to delay urination, you allow bacteria growth.

While these are the very basics, here s a rundown on tips that are specific to the two genders in order to achieve better sexual hygiene:

Men

Men s sexual parts are outside the body and thus it is imperative that it is kept clean. While having a bath, you should not ignore washing your penis. If you are uncircumcised, you should gently pull back your foreskin as far as possible without causing any discomfort, till the head of your penis reveals itself. You don t need to rub soap or anything else; instead you should just use lukewarm water to wash it. Only wash the head of the penis and don t even think of washing the urethra and/or urinary tract as you could damage it. Not washing this part will result in a build-up of smegma. Smegma which is white in colour is just dead skin cells and normally harmless. However, sufficient build up can cause irritation and infection.

Women

Women have the added hassle of periods. When you are undergoing your menstrual cycle, change your tampons or sanitary pads every three to six hours, depending on your menstrual flow. Leaving a stale tampon or sanitary pad for a very long time encourages bacteria to grow causing infections and bad odour.

While menstruation cleans your urethra, uterus and vagina, it is important that you clean your vagina every day. The external part of the vagina, the labia needs to be cleaned only once a day. Wash your vagina mildly and gently with soap and warm water. For many women it is easy to over-do this washing; you should not go overboard with washing by vigorous flushing or douching your vagina with scents. This can be very harmful. Douching is known to affect the ph balance of vaginas and makes you prone to infections. Not washing the external part of the vagina would result in formation of smegma (yes, in women too!). When you are drying your private parts, avoid roughly rubbing it dry and instead try patting it dry. 

Maintaining good sexual hygiene adds to the whole hygiene of your body. These tips will help you take care of your private parts better and live a healthier life.

My age is 56 (female). I had an injury in my head 5 months ago, we have taken a ct scan at the time of injury they notice a little swelling on the top layer not so serious complication was seen at that time of injury but a periodic headache & head reeling is going on till now and have taken ct scan twice but nothing appear in the result yet the problem is prevailing. What should we do to overcome this problem.

Better do take mri or pet scan for further evaluation and consult a neuro surgeon asap with specific laboratory investigations.

Hi, take single dose of sulphur 200, 5 drops once in a week for 2 weeks. Azadirachta 1x, 2 tabs twice daily. Take r 32, 15 drops with water twice daily. Revert me after 15 days.

Excessive masturbation is the main reason for pre-ejaculation/ erection problem. Swpandosh or nightfall problem also occurs due to excessive masturbation (daily masturbation comes in the category of excessive masturbation). Excessive masturbation can cause weak body, cheeky face, weak eye sight, graying of hair, less weight, fatigue, general weakness, constipation, less appetite, non-erection, low libido, nightfall and many more during teenage, masturbation can be done once a week after that it should not be done more than 2-3 times a week till marriage. Premature ejaculation is common problem and has multiple reasons starting from anxiety, sensitive penis, masterbation in a fashion to ejaculate early, lifestyle etc. With ayurveda pe can be cured however before starting or suggesting any medicine it is very important to understand root cause of problem. Once root cause is found along with medicnes and lifestyle change problem can be cured. So do not worry discuss it in details. I am sure once root cause is found and treatment starts you will feel the change in 10 days. Do not worry about normal size erected length matters.
