Hi, Take cap. Stomotone 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and Himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest Take. Madiphala Rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting. Avoid hot and spicy food. Eat small quantities frequently. Drink plenty of water. Never miss your breakfast. Avoid excess intake of coffee and tea.

No smoking and alcohol. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

What is hyperacidity?
It is an uncomfortable burning sensation that often times creeps up the throat, and is a symptom more so than a disease. It is caused by acid reflux.

Home remedies for hyperacidity

1. Take 3-6 gm of liquorice (mulethi) root powder with warm milk.
2. Drink cold milk without any additives. Make it more effective add one teaspoonful of ghee to it.
3. Eat overripe bananas during an attack of acidity. They have higher amounts of potassium making it even more effective.
4. Boil one cup of water and to it add one tsp of fennel (souf). Cover and leave overnight. Strain the water in the morning, add 1 tsp of honey. Taken this preparation 3 times a day.
5. Chew cumin (jeera) or boil it in water. Drink the water when it has cooled down.
6. Chop some mint leaves, add them to a pot of boiling water and drink this water after cooling it.
7. To relieve acidity, crush two pods of cardamom (with or without the skin), boil the powder in water and drink the cooled juice for instant relief.
8. Crush ginger, mix it with a small piece of jaggery (gud) and keeping sucking on it allowing the juice to slowly reach the stomach.
9. One teaspoon of amla powder twice a day to help keep acidity way.

Hi, The symptoms of cholera are as follows: - Rice watery stools -Vomitting - Dry tongue -Thirst - Loss of skin elasticity - Muscle cramps - Restlessness Please follow these precautions: - Follow personnel hygiene measures like washing hands before eating food and eating in clean plates. - Keep the toilets clean ; use disinfectant liquids like harpic, etc to clean the toilets. - Drink only purified water or boiled and cooled water. - Wash hands thoroughly with soap after attending to your nature calls. - Keep the surroundings of the house clean. - Keep all the cooked food and eatables in covered vessels to prevent flies sitting on them.

Hi, yes definitely physical exercise like walking will help in indigestion problem, but not 1 hr before every meal is not necessary, walking daily for 45 mins is enough. Make sure the given diet is protein rich & fiber rich.

What kind of diet changes can help acid reflux?

One thing you can do to reduce your risk for heartburn and acid reflux disease is to eat low-fat, high-protein meals. Also, eat smaller meals more frequently; stop eating before you get too full.
