Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Contact me again, if needed.

Hi, how can you believe if some one says. Do you have any evidence? my advice: take x-ray of you r ls region, views are 1. Ap view 2. Lat view home advice -take rest for maximum time -avoid long sitting, standing, walking -if you want to travel for long time use gel bed in you r car -start back strengthening exercises & stretching exercises -do not sleep on soft bed, try to sleep on floor -apply any pain killer ointment precautions -maintain good posture/avoid bad posture -use ls belt if necessary (do not use for long time) -if you are working long hours you must be relax by frequent breaks. -maintain ideal body weight -have a balanced diet food.

Hi if you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc - go for physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic for 5-7 days - ice packs at the site of pain - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know in 1 week time. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine ( ap & lateral views) blood tests: esr, crp and serum vitamin d levels and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

A good way to diffuse general body pains: 1.take a long hot bath in water in which a few cups of Epsom salts have been added. 2.If you suspect your body and pains are due to stress-get plenty of sleep and try to reduce or eliminate the cause of your stress. 3.Meditation, deep breathing and yoga.

Dear Ashish. I have read your question and understand your concern regarding heel and Knee pain. You are just 34! You have plantar fascitis problem on both heels. You will need to do stretching exercises for calf, ankle and toe. There are special exercises which will help you. Along with this, contrast bath will be helpful. For knees, you need some medicines and Knee exercises. It may be because of unaccustomed posture. You will get relief with stretching of knees and some modification is sitting.

Hello sir this is Dr. Vyas you have to go a physiotherapy center use wax-bath or ultrasound therapy for 7-10 day and use wrist band or k-taping you may get relief. Get well soon.

I take Ketorol for the pain I am having due to hip replacement surgery I had. Please provide the best medicine for the pain as I feel Ketorol is not having a positive impact and my pain is not subsiding.

After hip replacement surgery there should be no pain after 1-2 months. If still you r having pain, then consult your surgeon again.

check for vit d, uric acid, b12 deficiencies. for diagnosis. - drink plenty of fluids and avoid overactivity of leg muscles such as climbing stairs to avoid cramps. - rhere is possibilty of weak leg muscles , kindly strengthen your muscles by exercises. do hot hot fermentation to relax your muscles specially at night.

Neck, shoulders and ribs paining indicates some nerve compressed in cervical vertebrae most probably. Pl send X-ray Cervical spine report.

Stretches For High Heel Relief

Love to wear high heels? I know I do, especially seductive 6 inch heels! They make legs look great, but make your feet feel like dropped 100 old school dictionaries on them by the end of a long night. Here are a few stretches you can do to ease your sore feet after a long day or night of prancing around in your stilettos.
Shin and Ankle Stretch
Your shins and the top of your toes will feel great relief with this move.
Using a chair or bench sit down. Place your right ankle on your left knee (bending your right leg).
Grab the toes of your right foot and pull back, putting your foot in a pointed position. Push your right foot forward in order to make the stretch more intense.
Hold for 10 to 15 seconds, and then switch sides.
Towel Foot Stretch
This move loosens up your calves and provides relief to the soles of your feet.

Sit on the floor and stretch both of your legs out in front of you.
Bend your left leg and keep your right leg stretched out on the floor.
Using a hand towel with each end in one of your hands place the ball of your right foot in the center of the towel.
Pull back on the towel towards your chest while keeping the right leg straightened.
To intensify the stretch begin to bend the right knee slightly.
Hold for 10-15 and then repeat with the other foot.
Open Lizard
This move targets ankles and opens up the hips.
Go down into a lunge position with your right knee forward.
Lower your left knee completely to the floor.
Rest hands on the ground directly in line with your shoulders.
Begin to lower your right leg and knee to the right.
Keep your arms straight and your hands should be resting now on the inner side of your right foot.
Press your chest forward to intensify the stretch.
Hold for 10-15 sec and then switch.
Flexed-Feet Wall Stretch
Your posture can shift from having your calves in a constant flexed position while in heels. This move will help to loosen your calves and prevent lower back pain you may experience from your disturbed posture.
Stand in front of a wall and place your hands out onto it directly in front of your shoulders.
Walk your hands down the wall as you lean back.
Lift your toes and shift your weight into the heels.
Continue to walk your hands down the wall as far down as you can go.
You will feel the stretch get more intense the further down you go.
Hold for 10-15 seconds and then repeat.

Hi I can understand your problem. 1) apply hot and cold foementation. 2) learn strengthening exercise of quadriceps and hamstring from physiotherapist. 3) do regular streching calf muscles. 4) wear comfortable foot wear.

Do gentle massage with hot oil for 10 minutes 2 times a day. For gases avoid spicy & oily food. Do daily exercise vajrasana & pavanmuktasan will help you in both. So it regularly. If back ache is not relieved by this consult doctor.
