Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on foot area is due to reason of water retains-ion. So please change your diet. U change in iodide salt. .and add on mineral salt. And cut rich carbohydrates diet exm. Rice, chapati, potato etc. And U can use high protein diet like exm. Pannier, egg etc. U take 1 Lipolyzer hips and thigh tab after lunch.

Hi lybrate-user if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Reducing substance is either negative or positive. Weakly positive has no meaning. 6-7 loose motion are not very abnormal if these are small in quantity and passing urine normal. Do not interrupt feeding if she passes stool during feed. Take care of anal part keeping it clean and dry. Continue breast feeding. Semi solids may be added in diet.

Dear lybrate user Beard is purely genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce.

M 6 to 7 week pregnant. and maine jb se conceive kia hai muje tbi se brown discharge ho rha hai. Kbi bht light to kbi bht dark. 2 aug ko maine ultrasound krwaya jisme baby bht chota sa aaya to de. Ne kaha k abi kuch khna mushki h.kuch time baad fir se ek baar ultrasound krenge fir dekhte hai. then maine 22 aug ko fir se ultrasound krwaya jisme aaya k baby growth to puri kr rha hai but abi heartbeat nhi aayi. To Dr. Boli k abi 50 50 chances hai. 10 days baad aap dubara krwao ultrasound. Yo muje yhi puchna hai k muje discharge hone se koi dkkt to nhi hogi meri pregnancy me. Or abi ye b nhi pta chla k bleeding ho kis wjh se rhi hai. Or hearbeat kb tk bnti hai. Kya in 10 days me heartbeat bn jygi? Maine isme saari prlblm likh di hai. one thing for sure is that there was interval growth despite of discharge so I think there is probability of appearance of heartbeat. it appears around 6 weeks in transvaginal scan. may be in your case there was delay in ovulation so heartbeat may appear late .Baby s heartbeat may appear in a week in your case but to avoid unnecessary anxiety they might have said 2 weeks. regarding bleeding that may be due to hormones. If it still persists even later in pregnancy then chances of prematurity are there.

Hello. White patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be because of deficiency of vitamin d (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4 times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i. E, without any cause). Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder which can be treated with homoeopathic medicines, but chances of relapses are also there. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic medicines - cina 1m/ one dose daily at night and ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20 days (it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with spf 40 on the skin (specially on the white patches/ spots) 20-30 minutes before going out under the sunscreen and reapply it after 3-4 hrs. Again.

Bleeding during stool nd stomach pain are the symptoms of PILES. She might have been experiencing gas trouble before. When it's not treated properly piles occurs. Also untimely food nd sleep are main cause of this diseases. Intake of antibiotics or any other allopathic medicines also cause bleeding piles. Apart from causes, habits also contribute a lot for this bleeding stage. Having carbonated drinks, fast food, chicken, fish, beef, duck egg, gambosia, pampkin, potatoes, daal, pineapple trigger the disease. It's similarly to .hmm. When we have a cut with knife on our hand and at that part if come in contact with chilly. What will be your feeling? The same happens in stomach. I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and Few diet tips for a healthy skin - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
