Hello- fundal gastritis occurs due to improper food habits and timings. Dietary corrections along with medicines can treat the situation properly. Try this ayurvedic tips and medicines- 1) avoid acidic foods (fast food, spicy food, curd and green leafy vegetables) 2) avoid excess tea, coffee, alcohol and cold drinks if consuming. 3) avoid late night workouts and go to bed before 10 pm (waking up after that period will worsen your condition by promoting gastric acid production and can cause ulcer too) 4) increase the amount of sweets, cows ghee and milk in your diet.(these foods promotes the growth of gastric mucosa thus prevent inflammation) 5) avoid sea food.(sea food are acidic in nature and are very harmful to your body) 6) start these ayurvedic medicines asap a. Amlapitta mishran 1 tsp twice before meals. Tab kamdusha ras 1 tab twice after meals. Avipattikar churna 1/2 tsp twice daily before meals.

Homoeopathy is wonderful in treating such chronic, repetitive complaints More details like your family history, past history, thermals, thirst, desires aversions, attitudes is required to make a prescription especially in a chronic case such as yours. Consult in private with the above details. More questions may be asked if required. It is important that you follow the following advice: Firstly, don’t miss breakfast, lunch or dinner. ... Secondly, avoid aerated drinks, tea, and coffee. ... Also, include milk and diary products in your diet. ... Don’t remain hungry for long periods of time. ... Raise the head of your bed if symptoms interfere with sleep. If your bed allows for it, raise the head of it by 6 to 8 inches. Gravity will keep the acid in your stomach. Don't just pile up pillows, though. These tend to bend your neck and body in such a way that increases the pressure. It will make the hyperacidity worse Consider losing weight. Losing weight may reduce some of the pressure on your lower esophageal sphincter, keeping stomach acid from leaking through Eat smaller meals. Decrease the amount of food you eat at any one time. This may reduce the amount of stress and pressure on your stomach For medication consult online in private.

I have stone in liver or may be in gall bladder and spleenology tell me what should I do?
There is no way to expel gall bladder stones (unlike case of kidney stones). So gall stones if they r not creating problem, let them be there. But do follow annual checkups. But if they r causing problem, its better to remove them.
