Cold, cough and throat problem can happen due to weather changes, exposure to cold air or rain, dust and pollen allergy and certain sour food. *. Mix some salt in warm water and do gargling early in the mornings. * Steam inhalation will relieve your congestion *. Keep a clove (lavang) in your mouth and slowly chew it. *. Drinking water frequently will eliminate toxins From the body and reduce congestion if any *. Avoid fried and oily foods. This can be treated by homoeopathy without adverse effects. Take Belladonna 200 –once in the morning and once in the evening.

1. It is quite common to lose appetite during an acute illness (in part due to illness and also due to medicines). 2. Since you mention that you have taken medicines from a doctor, I assume that complete evaluation for fever has been done or is in the process. If there are other symptoms of cough, burning urine sensation, vomiting, abdominal pain then kindly get blood and radiological investigations done. 3. If your height is genuinely 6 feet 5 inches then you are underweight for your height. 4. Ask your doctor to add a multivitamin and multimineral medicine or you can consult me privately if needed.

Hello lybrate user, diabetes is much more complicated than you can imagine. You are doing your bit by taking the medicines regularly and that must be much appreciated by your doctors but please remember that it's a ongoing disease process and you will have ups and downs. First you should be aware completely of your sugar and blood pressure levels and just get them controlled them by adjustment of medicines by doctors. Second remember that medicine is just a part of the solution. Your diet and exercise are equally important solutions and can become a part of the problem if you don't watch them. You are young and exercise is your best ally at this juncture. Make use of exercise to do the fine tuning of your diabetes. Third all medicines have side effects but these side effects are better than the effect of disease in the body. I hear so many people crib about side effects of medicines but no one care about the effects of the disease process. Medicines are medicines because they cause less harm than benefit and surely prevent you from getting that bad effect of the disease on the body. Diabetes is going to be with you for life. Treat it as a unwanted guest on your journey. Keep watching it and never let it take the steering wheel. Checking your blood sugar is meant for several goals. If your doctor plans to put you on new set of medication then he requires to see your profile of blood sugars.

These sensations may be accompanied by ear or hearing disturbances. Dizziness, especially if accompanied by migraine symptoms such as visual disturbances and nausea — but without the headache pain — can be a sign that you're experiencing headache-free migraines. Traumatic brain injury
