Whenever I masturbate I release sperm in less than 1 min. Also penis is bent in downward direction.

BHMS, DEMS
Homeopath, Pune
Whenever I masturbate I release sperm in less than 1 min. Also penis is bent in downward direction.
Try 'edging' When you are almost there (during intercourse or masturbation), stop all sexual activity. Distract yourself for a bit. This way you can gain better control and extend sex time. Try the squeeze technique: When you are almost about to orgasm, squeeze just below the head of the penis. Homoepathic treatment is best effective and safe treatment to cure premature ejaculation without side effects.

He has a micro penis & he wants to go for phalloplasty . Will it solve his problem & can make his married life ok.

He has a micro penis & he wants to go for phalloplasty . Will it solve his problem & can make his married life ok.
The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. None of the medicines marketed to increase penis size work and they are a waste of money.

Osteoarthritis - 10 Quick Facts About It!

MBBS, MD - Internal Medicine
Internal Medicine Specialist, Faridabad
Osteoarthritis - 10 Quick Facts About It!

The degeneration of joint cartilage and bone tissue is known as osteoarthritis. This condition affects the elderly and greatly reduces their quality of life by making movement stiff and painful. Here are ten fast facts about osteoarthritis.

  1. Age is not the only trigger: This condition affects the elderly but can also affect middle aged people as well. Apart from age, muscle strength and the amount a joint is used also play an important part in the development of this condition.
  2. It is the most common joint disorder: Osteoarthritis is the most common disease that affects the elderly across the world. In many cases, it goes undiagnosed until late since the onset of the condition is very gradual.
  3. It affects weight bearing joints: The knees, hips and spine are the most commonly affected by this condition. This is because these joints bear the weight of the body. However, it can also affect other joints including the fingers, elbows etc.
  4. Women are at a higher risk of suffering from this than men: Until the age of 45 men and women have the equal risks of suffering from osteoarthritis. However, as women get older, their risks of suffering from this condition increase.
  5. It can be managed: If diagnosed in its early stages, osteoarthritis can be easily managed. Treatment for this condition focuses on controlling pain and slowing the progression of the disease.
  6. Weight loss can make it easier: Obesity is one of the common factors that can trigger this condition. The more weight you put on your joints, the more susceptible it is to osteoarthritis. Hence, losing weight instantly lowers the pressure on your joints and reduces the risk of osteoarthritis.
  7. It is the leading cause of disability amongst the elderly: This condition should not be ignored as simple joint pain. In many cases, this musculoskeletal condition can cause so much pain that it restricts movement and in time leads to disability.
  8. It runs in families: Osteoarthritis is a hereditary condition and can be passed down genetically from one generation to the next.
  9. Rest can relieve pain: Late stage osteoarthritis is characterized by locked joints and severe pain whenever moved. Avoiding jerky movements and letting the joint rest can help ease the pain.
  10. Exercise can help: The above point should not be used as an excuse to avoid exercise. Exercising the joints increases flexibility and helps increase the range of movements possible. Simple yoga asanas, walking and swimming are some exercises to start off with. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can ask a free question.

I am eating too much but there is no result of fattening. What to do to become fat?

I am eating too much but there is no result of fattening. What to do to become fat?
Sometimes we think we are eating enough but that is not enough for our body. Choose right foods. Eat more dense vegetables like potato, sweet potato, peas, corn, carrot, beet etc than celery, spinach, broccoli etc. Eat dense vegetables like dry fruits, banana, apple, pear, jack fruit, guava, chikoo etc than watery fruits like dab water, watermelon, orange etc. Eat proteins like soy product, egg, fish like tuna, seafood, peanuts, lean chicken, cheese etc in extra amount. Take calorie rich foods like cake, pastries, nut, almond, ghee, butter, cream etc. Use weight gainer supplement. Drink whole cream milk or milk shake. Use good fat like olive oil, canola, coconut, refined vegetable oil, avocado etc. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Drink water 3lit/day but not during meals. Quality sleep at night.

Top Ways To Prevent A Brain Stroke

MBBS, PG Diploma in Clinical Cardiology
Cardiologist, Gurgaon
Top Ways To Prevent A Brain Stroke

There are two primary factors that are more likely to cause a stroke in a person i.e age and a family history. While both are inevitable, this necessarily doesn’t have to be the fate of a person. Brain stroke is entirely preventable as with the case of other diseases. By working on the potential health risk factors, a stroke can be prevented. Here is a list of few such steps which, when followed can pay rich dividends to a person facing the risk of a brain stroke:

  1. Blood Pressure: Blood pressure is the single most important factor that can increase the chance of a brain stroke. If a perfect blood pressure reading seems too difficult to achieve, a more realistic blood pressure target of 140/190 should be aimed for. Some of the common steps in order to achieve an acceptable blood pressure figure include reducing salt in the diet, exercising on a daily basis, regular intake of fresh fruits & vegetables and fast processed food containing processed fats. Finally, quitting drinking and smoking goes a long way in ensuring that a person is safe from strokes.

  2. Losing Weight: Obesity increases the risk of diabetes and blood pressure subsequently increasing the risk of a stroke. Being overweight, therefore greatly increases the odds of a stroke. A BMI of 25 should be maintained by engaging in activities such as walking, running and playing on a daily basis.

  3. Regular Exercise: Exercise is a clear mandate for people facing an increased risk of brain strokes. A moderate intensity exercise schedule for a minimum of 5 days per week is necessary. Some simple steps in order to achieve this include taking the stairs while climbing, joining a fitness club, 30 minutes of daily walk in a day etc.

  4. Moderate Drink: Surprising as it may sound, moderate drinking on a daily basis can dramatically reduce the risk of a brain stroke. Red wine should be the choice of preference in this case. It should be ensured that the level of drinking does not surpass more than a glass. Regular drinking in excessive quantity can increase the chance of brain stroke.

  5. Check For Atrial Fibrillation: This is a disease that is related to the heart due to an irregular heartbeat. There is a possibility of the clots travelling to the brain causing a brain stroke. Certain possible symptoms of this disease such as palpitation of heart and shortness of breath should be checked with a doctor to negate the chance of brain stroke. Certain blood thinners like warfarin and aspirin can shield against atrial fibrillation. A doctor has to be consulted before starting any medication related to the heart. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can ask a free question.

There are certain medications of malaria for which resistance have come , if you are on those medications you need to be changed to newer medications .

Like our body, our gums also need some exercise to maintain their health.Gently bite down so as to make sure that your teeth make a clinking sound when they meet. Repeat this 30 to 40 times continously. This exercise will stimulate the flow of blood and will keep your gums healthy.

I am 18 years old my eyes starts to pain when I stand in sun for a long time what should I do?

MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
I am 18 years old my eyes starts to pain when I stand in sun for a long time what should I do?
If you know people who spend most of their time outside on the sun, you know that they don't have problems like sunburns, they don't wear sunglasses (they don't need them, their eyes get used to sunlight, they don't squint on the bright day) and they have less eye problems. These people don't get skin cancer, their skin, having constant exposure to sun, knows how to protect itself. Human eyes of our ancestors were conditioned to absorb sunlight without harm; we, through sun deficiency, lost that ability to look at the sun without experiencing pain.

I want to gain weight I'm 19 and still 40 kg So tell me any medicine or tips to gain weight.
Hi lybrate-user 8 easy ways to gain muscle mass naturally:- 1. Skinless chicken Like beef, it is an excellent source of high quality protein, which is important for muscle maintenance and repair, bone health, and weight maintenance. And of course, there are so many ways you can cook and prepare chicken. Go down to the store and you can easily find chicken meat cut into single serving sizes that can be seasoned and quickly cooked. 2. Cottage Cheese Not many people know this, but cottage cheese constitutes relatively pure casein protein. For those who don’t know, casein protein is a slow-digesting protein, which means it is perfect for muscle maintenance. This is useful especially for guys who have no choice but to go long periods without eating. Not forgetting, cottage cheese is also an excellent source of vitamin B12, calcium, and other important nutrients. My advice: buy the nonfat/low-fat versions. 3. Eggs Eggs contain high quality protein, nine essential amino acids, choline, the right kind of fat, and vitamin D. To sum it up, they are the most value for money. And please note, eggs are not harmful for your health, as numerous studies have already shown. 4. Whey Protein There is a reason why whey protein supplements are the most popular supplement in the bodybuilding world: because they provide a fast and convenient source of protein at an affordable price. Bodybuilders normally use them when they wake up, right after their workout, and mixed with some of their meals. However, for those of us non-bodybuilders, simply using it right after our workouts can be very effective for muscle mass gains. Do not rely on it completely though. It’s more important to get high quality protein from whole foods, and use whey protein as a boost. There’s so much more about whey protein, if you want to find out more, click hereto read a comprehensive article I have written on how to best benefit from it. 5. Healthy Fats I know some of you shudder at the thought of consuming fats, but good fats are essential for muscle growth. In fact, they play an essential role in hormone production (testosterone and growth hormones) that is responsible for muscle growth and strength gains. Your metabolic rate is elevated as well, which helps you shed more fats. In addition, fats are needed for many important maintenance functions. Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats are the good fats. You can find them in salmon, other fishes, nuts, leafy veggies, oils such as flaxseed, avocados, and seeds. They are also all rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. 6. Whole Grains Whole grains digest more efficiently and provide more nutrients than refined grains, and as such promote sustained energy levels and overall health. For instance, brown rice can help boost your growth hormone levels, which are critical for encouraging lean muscle growth, fat loss, and strength gains. 7. Fruits and Vegetables Top 10 foods for muscle gain, eating for muscle gain, muscle gain dietFirstly, fruits and vegetables are a rich source of antioxidants, which are essential for the healthy functioning of your immune system. Secondly, they provide tons of other nutrients, such as vitamin C, vitamin E, and beta-carotene. Finally, your body requires the fiber these fruits and vegetables provide, which helps to flush out the substances your body does not need. 8. Oatmeal Oatmeal is an ideal source of carbs due to both its low glycemic index (GI) value and the fact it is minimally processed. The benefits of a low GI diet are as follows: *Better micronutrient profile and more fiber *Increased satiety *Decreased hunger *Lower subsequent energy intake (second meal effect) *Fat loss In short, enhanced fat loss for those looking to lose weight, and a constant source of carbs for muscle preservation Add them into your diet ;gain weight and look good naturally.

Sir I am 21 years old male I suffering form night fall in sleeping bed please advice.

MD - Psychiatry, Diploma in Psychological Medicine, MBBS
Sexologist, Mumbai
Sir I am 21 years old male I suffering form night fall in sleeping bed please advice.
Dear lybrate user, night fall is not a problem. It is happening because sperm production in your body is normal. It will come out either by sex or masturbation. If you are not doing either of two semen & sperms can leak at night when there's normal nocturnal erections, or during urine, or passing stools, lifting weight, or any other stage which will arouse you. So basically it doesn't mean you have illness or you will become weak. There is no connection between blood & sperms, so loosing sperms will never cause any kind of weakness. If you still fear or have doubts we can do a therapy + medicines which will resolve your problem completely. I hope this answer will help you.

Hello. Acne occurs when the pores on your skin become blocked with oil, dead skin, or bacteria. Each pore on your skin is the opening to a follicle. The follicle is made up of a hair and a sebaceous (oil) gland. The oil gland releases sebum (oil), which travels up the hair, out of the pore, and onto y skin. Drink water 10 glass / day wash your face 3 times / day avoid oily food eat one orange daily do not squeeze pimples, because that often leads to infections, worse acne and scars. Wash your hair often if your hair is oily. Try to keep your hair off of your face. Avoid hair care products such as gels, mousses, cream rinses, and pomades that contain a lot of oil. Use baksons sunny face wash. Avoid touching your face. Protect your skin from too much sun exposure. For complete cure kindly consult us.
