I am 42 year old from last 15 days I have continues pain in left side chest with left arms also. Is it any symptoms of heart problem?
My father is suffering from high blood pressure for several years. Generally it ranges between 140/90 to 199/100. Constant taking of medicines is not doing any remedies. Kindly suggest.

5 natural ways to control your blood pressure
