Treatment Of Blood Pressure With Banana Fruit!

Your blood pressure can be easily controlled by simply eating banana fruit every morning on empty stomach. It is the statement of my experienced advise to all my bp patients.

My blood pressure was 135/80 in February and weight was 100 kgs. I have lost 9 kgs in 2 months with diet and exercise. I don't want to check BP until I lose another 5-6 kgs. Could my BP have reduced to normal levels now?

Dear Lybrateuser, - The best natural source of vit d is natural sunlight, a walk for 10-15 min in morning sunlight (best between 9 am to 1-2 pm) is sufficient enough for the days requirement - foods rich in vit d include fish such as salmon, tuna, mackeral, eggs, organ meats such as liver, fortified milk, soya milk, orange juice & cereals, incorporate some of these items in your diet - to reduce cholesterol have more of fibre containing foods, fruits (2-3 per day), vegetables (3-4 portions per day) including green leafy ones, have whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, corn, quinoa instead of refined ones, beans, lentils, pulses - avoid deep fried, processed & junk foods, also foods containing saturated & trans fats - have heart healthy fats as in seafood, olive, canola & sunflower oil for cooking, nuts such as walnuts, almonds, cashews, avocados & seeds such as flax & sesame - also have soya products, reduce sugar & carbohydrates in diet & also bakery products - your food plate should roughly consist of, half with vegetables & a fruit, one quarter with whole grains & the other quarter with a protein & a healthy fat containing food - for your exact dietary requirement as per your constitution, dietary habits & activity level consult a dietician on forum.

What are the factors on which high cholesterol deposits depend on? If the person is lean and engages himself in walk and exercises, can it still exist?

Hi, yes if a person is lean, do regular exercise still chances of high cholesterol deposit still exist as genes play major role in every thing, if fat metabolism is not good due to defective gene then, it can definitely lead to cholesterol deposit. Other factor such as smoking, drinking also encourage high cholesterol levels.

When dealing with low blood pressure, it is usually suggested to increase your salt and fluid intake. Before increasing your salt consumption, do check with your doctor. Also, cut down on alcoholic beverages and high-carbohydrate foods such as bread, rice, pasta, and potatoes.
