I am 36 years old and have been suffering from lower back pain due to lost of lumber lordosis with forward sleeping of L5 over S1 vertebra. I consult a neurosurgeon and told me that all this is due to my spine and it is by birth and as a banker this became my job related problem. He suggest me to do postural exercise and to take physiotherapy. I am doing so as per instruction since one week. Sometimes I am feeling better, some times pain increases and I feel pain when I sit. My question is. 1. If I will do exercise regularly whether it can be cured permanently? 2. How long time it will take to restructure my posture and remove pain. 3. Suggest me any other treatment where this can be removed permanently?

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

I had ankle sprain but I didn't get better treatment, now I feel painful while I play can someone prescribe me any medicines.

An old ankle sprain cannot be healed wid medicines only. You have to do strengthening of muscles around the ankle. Keep your leg straight and push your feet away from your body stopping the movement using a rubber tube or a resistance band. Then pull your toes towards yourself while somebody resists the movement. Similarly you ve to move your feet inward and outward. You can also walk on your toes and heel.

Hello, - as you have sitting work, take a break aftr every one hr fr 5 min take a walk. - you can also do some exercises in the morning to keep your back bones and muscles relaxed. - keep one back support while working that makes you to sit errect - also apply some medicated oil before bath to relax the muscles and discs. *** next point is about asthma - need to know what medications you are using for that - better to adopt measures of ayurveda to relive this condition - you need panchakarma treatment to get cured soon - visit near by ayu doc or consult in personal. Hi m 28 female. 15 days back I got small injured on my ankle .i was slipped in tiles. I went to geeta nursing home. And took the xray. There is no fracture. He said its strongly touched to ligament .he gave some tablets. Rabitop, acelo-sera, zincovit and laser d ointment. Present normally I do not have pain. But when ever I am walling that time only I feel pain. I have 1 year. It is very difficult for me. Please help me doctor what should I do?

If you have pain in both the TA (Tendo Achilles) then it is due to the ligament injury or probably any neglected injury of the past, either a cut injury or being trapped in a cycle while sitting behind. Just rule out the cause and the best treatment would be to keep ice in a tub (extremely cold) and automatically it will heal. Also wear MCR chappals to reduce the pain.

Hello you should consult endocrinologist for hypothyroid. Till then you can follow these advice: * drink luke warm water in the morning as much as you can. * take balanced diet * perform some gentle abdominals exercises. For further weight loss tips you can contact me personally. Thanks.

Hi cramps happen due to deficiency of water intake, vitamin D3 and vitamin B12. So, make sure this is properly maintained. Currently, just take hot packs twice daily and do some stretching exercise for your back muscles.

Sir, On 6.4. 2016 I got an injury on my back. As per CT Scan and MRI report there is a compression fracture on d12 vertebra. I am been advised best rest for 3 weeks and further advised to take a bed rest of 3 weeks. Please let me know when the bones will be joined. I have been advised to wear a brace during any sitting activities like eating. Etc. My body weight is 88 kgs. Age 40 years.
