I am 46 years, non diabetic and non bp person, single suffering from right hand shoulder pain for the last 3 month, I approached orthopedic doctor he advised hifanacmr, improve, ostrocerin and some exercises but no relief, I travel by 2 wheeler for 60 km to my office, suggest good medicines to get rid off this pain.

Requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Hi Ms. Lybrate-user back pain has many causes. But most commonly it is bad posture and lack of exercises. Lucorea indicates pelvic organ infection and can cause back pain. Yoga is good. Get advise regarding proper posture and learn spinal and core strengthening exercises from a physiotherapist. You should visit your gynaecologist and spine specialist if pain persists.

The pain that you had years back can be due to two reasons Torsion. This mean that that blood vessels to testes get twisted leading to reduced blood supply to the testing. 2.orchitis mean there can be infection in the testis. Both the condition can reduce the size of the testis which is called atrophy. As the other testing is functioning normally you are not having trouble.

Take rest properly. Avoid forward bending and heavy lifting. Avoid prolonged sitting and standing. Take hot fermentation. Do walk daily. Back muscles strengthening exercises are very helpful. Can take physiotherapy treatment.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins if you feel the pain is from muscle cramp then you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps.

I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias ( electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs.
