One of the best oils that you can think of switching to if you feel that you are overweight is olive oil. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

= If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. Your job commitment may nor allow you to move around but it is advisable not to sit at one place more than 30 min. The biggest culprit contributing to increase stomach fat is high carb diet. So I advise you to shift to high protein diet. It will reduce your appetite and in turn reduce stomach fat. Another effective tip is not to use elevators as far as possible.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Hye, thanks for the query. The extra layer of fatty tissue under our chins is most often caused by being overweight. Sagging skin under the chin can also occur as we age and our skin loses elasticity. For a few, it can be genetic. Also if your weight loss is majorly muscle loss and not fat loss, some flab will show on the body. While there are surgical procedures that can eliminate a double chin, there are also many simple home treatment options to get rid of a double chin.  Firstly reduce excess weight with proper diet and exercise. To get rid of a double chin, it is essential to keep your facial muscles toned and give the muscles in your jaw line a workout. One of the best ways to do that is to chew sugarless gum. Sugar free chewing gum can even help you maintain healthy teeth and gums. You can also chew on raw vegetables like carrots. Massage with cocoa butter or coconut oil or ghee or wheat germ oil or glycerin regularly, it will improve the elasticity of your skin and help get rid of your double chin. Try some chin exercises Chin exercises can help stretch and tone your face, neck, and jaw muscles, thereby helping you get rid of your double chin. They will also strengthen your chin and neck muscles and relieve stiffness. While keeping your spine erect, slowly tilt your head back until you are looking at the ceiling and then pucker up your lips in a pout. Hold this position for five counts and then release. Repeat 5 to 10 times in a row. Do this daily at least for a few weeks.Another exercise involves gently turning your head clockwise and then anticlockwise, keeping your spine straight all the while. Do 5 to 10 repetitions of this exercise, about three times a day for several weeks. You can do these exercises while sitting or standing but make sure to keep your spine erect

Sedentary lifestyle & poor diet are major contributors to obesity nowadays. Start brisk walking daily for an hour (pref early morning). Walk instead of hiring a transport (as much as possible). Do not sit continuously for an hour. Take 15 mins light walk after meals & do not sleep within 1 hour of main meals. Have small frequent meals. Include plenty of whole fruits & vegetables in your diet. Drink 3 litres water daily. Avoid soft drinks, alcohol, fast/ processed/ packaged/ ready to eat/ instant foods, table salt, sugar & related products. Replace refined grains like maida, rice, bread, biscuits, noodles with whole grains like atta, bajra, ragi, jowar, barley, oats.

Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. For reducing belly fat, consume foods that contain soluble fibre such as nuts, seeds, lentils and beans. Never skip breakfast. Avoid eating bad fats but eat foods that contain good fats. Avoid junk and processed food too. Drink plenty of water. After an ankle fracture how many days a person need to take rest, how many days after he can walk?
It requires normally 6 to 8 weeks for healing but during recovery phase at time of 3 rd to 4 th week rehabilitation exercises and non weight bearing gait training may be recommended best wishes.
