Dr. NandakishoreDukkipati a pioneer, an inspiration, an unflinching authority in his designated domain, and paradigm in the field of advanced laparoscopic and bariatric surgery. I'm trying to loose my weight. Have started my daily routine like this. Early morning empty stomach lemon and honey luke warm water a glass, brisk walking 1 hrs, breakfast brown Floor roti with honey, mid day 10 am Tea one plate without Sugar, lunch at 1: 45 on 2 roti with veg, 3 pm some handful nuts, 4 pm Tea without Sugar one plate, 6 pm some diet marie biscuits 3 pcs, dinner at 8 pm two roti with chicken curry and at 9: 30 pm pepper boat juice of glass and by 10: 30 pm I sleep and wake-up by 5: 30 am. Please advice Will this really help me.

Exercise regularly with a high protein, low fat diet to lose belly fat and gain muscle mass. Restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only which are rich in fibre and fill you up with lesser calories. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Eat small and at frequent intervals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. Take care of the posture while studying or working on the laptop or mobile. Yes, your bmi is around 29. So you are indeed overweight - obese. If your waist circumference just below the belly button is more than 33, then also you are have excessive weight. You need to lose at least 10 kg to be in healthy range. All the best.

Hello, Go for a brisk walk in d morning / evening  for  45 mnts to enshape your whole body.    •Tk, 3/4 litres  of water to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell.  •  Go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish cell & tissues to curb fats cells.     •Go for either, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, gardening, playing badminton, dancing,regularly.     •Opt staircase, instead of a lift in your office.    •Tk, oats with green tea  or, 1 slice of whole grain bread with 1 cup of cooked vegetable soup + 1 fruit (pomegranate, pear) in d breakfast. 3 breads,  1 bowl of pulses,  1 bowl of green  veggies,  repeat the same In dinner.     •Tk, salad, fruits,sprouts in ample qty in lunch, your meal b preferably, vegetarian ,high in proteins and fibre, maintaing 1300-1600 calories through dietary  regulation.      •consume salad, fruits (not juice) whenever you feel hungry. Eat a lot of Vegetable salads throughout the day between your main meals. A diet high in fibre is the best bet for healthy digestion. Eat carrots, beet root, turnip etc. Along with dietary fibre, they provide you with lots of vitamins and minerals. It will also keep you satisfied and not feel hungry. Eat all seasonal fruits (if you don't have any other medical condition). Always go for a variety of colors and make sure your fridge is always stocked with fresh fruit. Always aim to shop for seasonal fruits from a quality perspective and cost perspective. If you can, go for local and organically grown produce. Examples are apples, grapes, bananas, kiwi, papaya, guava, Pears, strawberries, mango, oranges, Kinoo, and pineapple. Pomegranate is known to promote healthy digestion. Eat it rather than drinking it's juice. Also increase your water intake upto 5-6 litres per day. Drink green tea 2-3 times a day. hope this helps.

1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite....so that u should not rely on medicines. 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week , will start medication which can increase ur weight without any side effect.
