Every two hours, you can get up from your desk and do 5 mins of exercise. 1. Aim for long term weight loss @ 2-3 Kg per month = 12-15 kgs in 6 months. So on. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc 5. Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size. 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim. 7. Love yourself and respect your body.

Do not drink water immediately after meals. Lunch salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk. For more details consult me privately.

So hi guys, this is your very own dietitian and sports nutrionist Himanshu, and today we’re gonna talk about some dietary protocols for fat loss, right? So okay, dietary protocol for the fat loss.

What is the best diet you think? There is no best diet, okay? The best diet is in which you can sustain for a longer period, right? Talk about intermittent fasting, ketogenic diet, Atkins diet, or Paleo diet, or anything you want. Like, if you can’t stick to a diet, you really can’t lose weight, or gain weight. The most important thing when you are dieting is to stick to a diet for at least four weeks, okay? The best way to lose fat is do some intermittent fasting.

What is intermittent fasting? Like, intermittent fasting is a protocol through which we can lose weight, or I would rather say fat, which includes fasting for at least 12 hours…at least 12 hours to 20 hours, and you can eat your meals within one sitting, and complete your calories. That is the best way to lose fat. Apart from that, keep your protein intake high. Lower your carb intake, and moderate your fat intake. Remember, fat is the most important thing when you’re trying to lose fat. If you’re not eating fat, you might have some hormonal issues in the future.

So guys, remember, intermittent fasting, and the diet which you can sustain for a longer period is the best way to lose fat. Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise like walking or cycling or jogging or any sport you love for 40-45 minutes for 5 days a week. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Thank you.

Eat healthy,don't skip meals,avoid all forms of sugar(cola/juices/cold drinks/sweets/chocolates etc) have more of fiber rich food(whole grains instead of refined) have 2-3 fruits a day,avoid eating too much at one meal,and stop sitting or lying down immediately after having food,keep atleast 1 hour gap.Above all combine this with exercises atleast 4-5 times a week.

Dear have some patience it will take time keep on exercising and control ur diet.. to decrease your belly fat try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 6. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink 3 litres of water daily. 10. Take 2 tab medohar guggul nd 2 tab triphala guggul twice a day with luke warm water 30min after meals. 11. Get ur T3, T4, TSH test done.

Please do treadmill 30-45 minutes daily. Do avoid sedentary life Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Take food only and only 4 times a day.
