This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Diabetes. Any way it may be tried, --.Acetaminophen 250mg OD & SOS. X 5days. --.Caldikind plus (from Mankind)1 tab OD x 5 days. --. Cyra 20mg 1 tab. OD x 5 days. --. Fomentation with warm water. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. -- .Do mild exercises for back, (Take help of a physiotherapist). --. Use no pillow under the head. --Kindly consult a physician as well. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Good morning sir/mam, I am an army aspirant whenever I run more to increase my stamina, my leg (tibia) bone starts to pain in both my legs but pain in right one is unbearable. So I usually have to take rest for 5-6 days. 2 days back I consulted an orthopedist, he told me there is micro fracture also known as stress fracture in your tibia bone and you have to stop running for the rest of your life and have to think of something else as a career optn. Army is not for you! And it can't be treated. Is it true? Or should I consult another orthopedist?

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

It is chronic pain which get aggravated especially when you walk more and is better with rest. Hi. taking your age to be 16yrs , as is mentioned in the query, and believing you don't have any congenital problems, i suggest you do simple back exercises to get back to good posture. The reasons could be varied for your problem. One of the main reasons is tightness of your muscles in the leg and loose abdomen muscles.the other reasons can be because of your daily posture that u adapt. So the exercises u could do are: 1. straight leg raise: lie down straight. lift one leg straight without bending the knee and hold for 10 counts. then repeat with the other leg. Do it for 30 times for 3 sets. 2. Trunk rotation: Lie down and bend both your knees. Keep your hand by the side.Rotate your knees to one side and then the other. Do this also for 30 times. 3. Ab curls.: Lie down and bend your knees. cross your hands over your chest and lift your trunk up towards your knees and back. do this also for 30 times for 3 sets. 4. ilio psoas stretch: please check on the net. you will find the procedure to do this stretch.

Right leg sprained severely near knee from inside thigh. Can stand with support but unable to walk w/o support. Local warming and Flexon 2 times a day cont'd. Advise further for recovery.
