Hi Sir please see left leg and arm and hand over to you as well as well but I don't know.

Hi Sir please see left leg and arm and hand over to you as well as well but I don't know.
For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

I think you are suffering from osteo-arthritis. Which causes caries of bones. Synovial fluid dried. And inter articular joint space diminished that's why the tick sound. Cartilage also damaged. You need to take homoeopathic medicine. It's a chronic trtmnt you have to take it for 6 months-1 years atlst. In 2-3 months you will feel better than before. And continued the trtmnt. You will b able to walk normally.

Back Pain - Common Treatment Options For It!

Back Pain - Common Treatment Options For It!

Lower back pain is a very common discomfort causing condition that occurs anywhere on the back below the ribs and above the legs. The pain is very common and it is faced by most individuals at least once during their lifetime.

The most basic measures to cure your lower back pain are exercising well, eating healthy and maintaining a good body posture at all times. Here are some of the common treatment options for reducing back pain.

Spinal Manipulation: It refers to an ancient form of therapy in which your back pain is treated externally. This form of treatment is quite similar to a massage treatment and helps to relax the muscles in the lower back area, thereby reducing the pain. It is usually done by osteopathic physicians, chiropractors, occupational therapists and physical therapists.

Neurostructural integration technique (NST): The main role of this type of treatment is to naturally reset the affected area of the body in order to allow it to regain its normal form. The results usually begin to appear after at least 2 sessions of the therapy and the effects are long lasting in nature.

Acupuncture: This is an old technique which uses small needles at strategic locations on your skin. The main aim of the acupuncturists is to re-balance the flow of energy in your body and to ensure that you have an optimal level of energy in all parts of your body. This in turn helps to regain the normal state of your lower back if the right points on the body are targeted.

Other measures: Some preventive measures which ensure that the lower back pain does not recur are as follows:

  1. Keep your spine straight and posture correct
  2. Avoid excessive bending, stretching or weight lifting
  3.  Avoid heavy physical activities like sprinting
  4. Regular and light exercising. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Orthopedist.

Hi lybrate user. Chest pain can be due to gas or acidity also. Give her sauf (fennel) and water boiled together. Give her light food. Note for any other symptoms. If it still persists or becomes severe then consult a doctor. Take care.

MPTh/MPT, MSC CVR, MANUAL THERAPIST
Physiotherapist,
7 Step Rehabilitation
We have created a revolutionary 7 Step Program to eliminate your back pain and keep it away. Through this program you can recover fully and keep future pain at bay.

To fully recover from an injury or an episode of physical pain everybody needs to move through 7 stages of recovery. Future injury, greater health costs and ongoing frustration are assured if shortcuts are taken or treatment is prematurely ceased.

Every individual will commence at different stages of this process. Some will move more quickly through some stages whilst others move more slowly. Everybody is different.

Step 1 - Tissue Normalization
First we bring the injury under control, so your tissues can begin to heal. This helps the injured part to function smoothly with the rest of the body.
Step 2 - Muscle Activation
An injury is extremely painful, and makes movement difficult. By activating injured muscles early, you'll recover sooner.
Step 3 - Static Control
Develop sufficient strength and control of your injured body part to hold a neutral position whilst other parts are moving.
Step 4 - Dynamic Control
Develop the strength to control the injured body part during movement. By increasing endurance, you'll be able to maintain dynamic control.
Step 5 - Functional Rehabilitation
You're well on your way to full recovery. This stage customises your rehabilitation to your specific needs.
Step 6 - Functional Fitness
This stage is ensures you have the necessary physical fitness, power, endurance, body awareness, strength and flexibility to perform physically.
Step 7 - Maintenance Program
To make sure you don't experience a recurring injury, we tailor a program to keep you fighting fit, monitor your progress and continue to supervise rehabilitation.

Around 8 months back, I slipped on stairs and from then this back problem started basically. In between once I consulted doctor and had a xray as well. He suggested that my lower tail bone and somewhere in the middle it's hurt. He suggested some medicine. After few months I left the medicine as it seems to be fine. But when I started Zym .it's started again. Like I can't sleep more than 4 hours straight in my back. I have to change sides while sleeping many times. Kindly suggest some helpful medication. You have coccydinia, you should stop lifting weights at the gym in this condition. If you do so your problem will get worsened, best would be to take physiotherapy treatment from a good physiotherapist ,he will help you to ease out the pain and other problems associated with it. Also back/core strengthening exercises need to be done on regular basis so that you are better able to exercise at the gym! Medicines will just block your pain for a certain period but will not have any improvement on your muscle condition and nor it will help you gain strength. If you know swimming its a good exercise to begin with! Can take ice pack 2-3 times a day to relieve the pain.

Having a pain in your chest can be scary. It does not always mean that you are having a heart attack. There can be many other causes, including Other heart problems, such as angina Panic attacks Digestive problems, such as heartburn or esophagus disorders Sore muscles Lung diseases, such as pneumonia, pleurisy, or pulmonary embolism Costochondritis - an inflammation of joints in your chest Some of these problems can be serious. Get immediate medical care if you have chest pain that does not go away, crushing pain or pressure in the chest, or chest pain along with nausea, sweating, dizziness or shortness of breath. Treatment depends on the cause of the pain. To rule out cardiac issues. Get a ECG and 2D echocardiography done. If they are normal then get a TMT done.

Pregnancy back pain typically happens where the pelvis meets your spine, at the sacroiliac joint. There are few things you can do to treat low back pain or make it rarer and milder: 1-exercise. Regular exercise strengthens muscles and boosts flexibility. That can ease the stress on your spine. Safe exercises for most pregnant women include walking, swimming, and stationary cycling. Your doctor or physical therapist can recommend exercises to strengthen your back and abdomen. 2-heat and cold. Applying heat and cold to your back may help. If your doctor agrees, start by putting cold compresses (such as a bag of ice or frozen vegetables wrapped in a towel) on the painful area for up to 20 minutes several times a day. After two or three days, switch to heat -- put a heating pad or hot water bottle on the painful area. Be careful not to apply heat to your abdomen during pregnancy. 3-improve your posture. Slouching strains your spine. So using proper posture when working, sitting, or sleeping is a good move. For example, sleeping on your side with a pillow between the knees will take stress off your back. When sitting at a desk, place a rolled-up towel behind your back for support; rest your feet on a stack of books or stool and sit up straight, with your shoulders back. Wearing a support belt may also help. Few more tips: if you need to pick something up from the ground, use your legs to squat rather than bend over. Don't wear high-heeled shoes. Don't sleep on your back. Wear support hose. If your back pain persists, you may want to consult your doctor to see what else you might try. Be sure to consult your doctor before taking pain medications. Best wishes.

When muscles are torn, they have to be repaired by surgery. These muscles are called rotator cuff muscles. Supraspinatus, infraspinatus and subscapularis are main along with teres minor. Muscles are like rubber in tension. If they get torn, torn ends move away from each other and natural healing is not possible. More you delay the surgery, more difficult it becomes to repair the torn part. This surgery can be done best by well trained shoulder specialist orthopedic surgeon only. Please don't go to general physician or even orthopaedic surgeon without speciality in shoulder surgery.

Lie on your back - bend your knees with foot placed on floor - rotate the knees together to sides. After few times rotate and hold knees near to the floor at side without rotating your upper body. This may give relief.
