Although having gas is common, it can be extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing at times. Gas is eliminated either by burping (belching) or passing it through the rectum (flatulence). Half to two liters is produced normally in adults and may pass up to 14 times a day on an average. But the condition can be really bad for some individuals -one study noted a person who expelled gas 140 times daily, with 70 passages in a period of just four hours. Although every one has gas, but why do some suffer from it more than others? The answer lies either in their biological conditions of their gastro-intestinal tract or in their eating habits. The Gas usually comes from two sources – (a) the air that is swallowed in with food while eating, (b) as a part of normal breakdown of certain undigested foods by harmless bacteria naturally present in the large intestine. Homeopathy can be a great help for those who suffer from this ?too much gas ?problem. Hi. Hope you are doing well after the surgery. Alcohol intake after surgery would be dependent on multiple factors. Smoking is best avoided completely. Please let me know if you should need more help.

Hi, Noted actress SriDevi died of Sudden Massive Cardiac Arrest. - She was so rich and well concerned about her health and diet. Must be meeting docs every now and then. How come someone like her die like this. This shows cardiac arrest so unpredictable and can take anyone anytime? Any view of cardiologist?-couple of weeks of back Padma ViBhushan awardee Dr. Goel, renowned cardiologist, itself died of cardiac arrest. Can cardiac arrest be prevented. Doctors views highly appreciated.

It should serve as a warning to public that Drs cannot guarantee good results. Sensible people do not believe everything they are told by Drs, they keep their eyes open. Best to learn the ways of people who are 90 and healthy, I find it quite funny that people who have never studied biology, are suffering from poor health themselves, confidentially keep forwarding WhatsApp nonsense about health to their family and friends.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Hello- low bp in females can easily be overcome by ayurvedic heath supplements, which are safe and really effective. Follow this treatment regimen- a) dadimadi ghrita 1 tsp twice daily b) tab abhra loha 1 tab twice daily. C) fruits like pomegranate and amla are beneficial. D) avoid fast food and late night workout and increase dairy products in meals.
