Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

. Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.

Here are the best Home Remedies to heal fractures quicker.

1) Castor Oil - Castor oil is one of the best natural home remedies that is available at many medicine shop or grocery shops. Castor oil has anti inflammatory and antibacterial properties and can be used in various other problems too. For using castor oil in fracture, dip a clean cotton cloth in castor oil and wrap it around that particular bone, cover the cloth with duct tape and leave for one or two nights. It will strengthen your bones and help to remove fracture.

2) Kalonji Or Black Caraway Seed - Kalonji can do wonders in fractures. Its high medicinal properties and contents make it very useful in almost all of minor health problems including fracture of bones. Kalonji contains zinc, iron, phosphorus and many compounds along with antibiotic qualities. For using kalonji for fracture, take kalonji or black caraway seeds oil and massage that particular area of bones two times a day for 10-12 days. You will feel better after using it.

3) Turmeric - Turmeric is another wonderful gift of nature to the mankind that can be extensively useful in various problems like skin infections, in injuries, various mouth related problem and in fracture too. It has various wonderful medicinal qualities like anti oxidant, antiseptic and anti inflammatory. To use turmeric to heal fractures, drink turmeric with milk at least twice a day to recover quickly. Another old method is to make paste of turmeric and onion, make a poultice of this paste and put it on the affected part. You can also tie it with some plastic wraps for 1-2 days.

4) Tying With Wooden Piece - This is one of the methods that I myself have experienced. This looks simple but it is very effective, the only limitation is you can?t use it on every bone, it can only be applied on leg or hand. For using this method, take a small wooden piece and tie it with cotton cloth or plastic on the affected bone area for 10-12 hours.

5) Ice Pack - This method is also worth a try for bone fractures. It is very simple to use and can be very effective. For using put some eyes on a cotton cloth and apply slowly around the affected part for 5-10 mints, repeat this 4-5 times a day to see its effect.

First you should take rest, for three days do not keep pressure on your legs, to be relaxed even then also your not getting relief should take physiotherapy min. Of 5 days.

My 8-year son has three-time plaster his right and left foot 2 years back. Now he has joined badminton class but some times he saying pain in the left foot should we continue the practice or we should consult some doctor.

2 years is more than enough time to get the bone modelling. He can continue practicing but if he complains of pain and swelling in the same ankle which is not relieved ,then visit an ortho.

- whats condition diagnosed by Dr. How it started, sonce when she had pain, what agfrevates and releive her pain- all these things you have to mention for correct suggestions from us. - if she has arthritis, ask her to do hot water apllication - knee exercises, ankle, hip exercises to increase strengthof legs. - stretching exercises of calf muscles - precautions 1 use knee cap to avoid kbee twisting while walking 2 avoid cross sitting 3 avoid long journey 4 prolonged standing 5 check vit d, ca, uric acid, vit v12 levels. Kindly take physiotherapy sessions for atleast 15 days to avoid tecouurence of pain and swelling, proper exercises.

Hey guys! I'm a 16 years old male! So here's the story, looking to keep it as short as possible! I'verecently had this hamstring, glutes injuries around 3-4 months ago. It all started by me doing squats with the squatting machine in the gym. It was my first time doing it and with my stubborn head I've put as much weight on the machine as I could possibly lift. I didn't feel it then but the next day I could barely walk. Which was understandable but, in the following week it didn't get much better. And when I actually thought it was going to get better, it gradually got worse over time. Maybe because I started doing bodyweight exercises such as normal squats then few weeks later tuck jumps. I also recently started doing stretches for my legs. Butit doesn't seem to help. I used to put oil on my leg (Oil that muay thai fighter use) and it didn't seem to help either. Then of course I stopped doing the squats and any sort of exercises for my legs. It's only my right hamstring that is affected and the right side of my glutes which ispretty weird. I really don't know what to do. Also, my leg isn't swollen or you couldn't really tell if you'd look at my leg that it's messed up. It's particularly sore when I do sit ups, for example, when I lock my feet under a bed and then try to do a sit up. It's also really sore when I try to touch my toes with straight legs and when I sit down, straighten my legs and try to touch my toes then. It's a little sore when I just walk too.

Please let me know how the pain started. You may clarify how the pain is--whether radiating, located at a place like knee. Etc.* walking regularly at slow pace without unduly straining helps as it improves blood circulation around knee and eases the joint. *you can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take bryonia 200---twice daily morning and evening and give feedback after 7 days

Cook a handful of rice in a half a lit of water in an open pan. When rice is ready don’t throw the residue water drink reason this water when it remains that much hot that you can consume. Drink it on adding 1 tsp of sugar. This relieves your leucorrhoea that within a week. This is one of the most common home remedies for leucorrhoea. Take pranacharya leucorest syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. And pranacharya leucona capsule 1-1 twice a day.

Increase vat can produce pain in your back - if your posture is wrong during sitting or sleeping - if any type of sprain in your back than pain is more - you take proper vat shamak treatment to ayurveda doctor. Panchkarma is also helpful. Take MAHARASNADI KWATH - 2 TEASPOON WITH 1/2 CUP OF WATER - 2 TIMES IN A DAY.
